I'll start from afar... I went to this cinema back in those days when people were kinder, the grass was greener, and the trees were very tall)).
Previously, there was a cafeteria and a small video room on the second floor. Now there is "the same first one, only in profile".
In the front there are cash registers, a retail outlet (popcorn (only salty and sweet), coffee, tea, drinks). Posters of new films are hung on the walls, you can spend time before the session.
The hall is well maintained, clean, and the seats are quite comfortable (the VIP differs from the usual ones only in that it is a double seat (sofa)).
It's cool in the hall, and I've been thinking for the umpteenth time that we could rent blankets.
We watched the movie "The Wizard of Oz". 1.5 hours of drudgery and the end of the movie before even reaching the city. You could write: the first part. To be honest, I wouldn't go for it a second time.
Overall, it is strong. 4. There is not enough warmth in the hall and in the hearts of the owners.

It's a great movie theater with comfortable chairs, but in the cold season, the second room is cool. Popcorn at great prices. Of course, they did not expect to buy 3d glasses, but perhaps local people already know this and go with their own without producing this plastic.

Yesterday I bought tickets to this cinema for the evening session
We went with the family, I read the reviews, it doesn't seem bad.
We had not been to this cinema before, and we came here to visit our relatives.
But we were just shocked by the temperature in the hall itself, the hall was called number 2.
WE WERE SITTING IN OUR JACKETS, and our legs were stiff at the end of the session.
PEOPLE WERE ALL WEARING JACKETS.
I bought tickets for 38 rubles, it's just creepy.
Of course, we watched the movie, and then we approached a woman who told us that it wasn't her fault and she had nothing to do with it, it was just a horror and not a service.
We won't go to this cinema anymore, because I got sick this morning, because I froze yesterday.

Despite the fact that Vitebsk is a regional city and the "cultural capital", unfortunately, it was not very lucky with cinemas. The unexpected thing was that 3d glasses are not given out for the duration of the movie, but you need to buy them. I would like more comfort, comfortable chairs, lots of 3D movies
and cheesy popcorn, after all! But if you choose from two cinemas in the city, then the world is a better place)

Considering that there is nothing to choose from in our city, I put 5 stars. We went to Padington 3 with our son. The screening was in Hall N2. The chairs are comfortable, the room was warm, and the sound of the broadcast was excellent.

I can't believe that the cinema hasn't improved since the 2000s. The hall is cold, if not for a down jacket in which you can sleep in the snow, it would have turned into ice. My feet were frozen in my sneakers. But even this is not the main thing: the screen is strongly illuminated with a red circle around the entire center and uneven white highlights around the edges. The dark scenes of the films turn into a red pastel veil. Terrible, I don't recommend it.

It's cold in the gym, even in winter clothes you freeze. Disabled children are provided with free passage, but they are not guaranteed a place near the escort. That is, a child with autism, ASD or other problems, including physical ones, can sit at the other end of the hall from the escort. Then what's the point of a preferential pass?

I went a couple of times. There are a lot of films, compared to the same cinema house. There is a choice of what to eat for the movie. The prices are not great. It is comfortable to sit in the hall. If I choose where to go, then I'll probably choose the World.

The cinema has an atmosphere of the past, to put it mildly. Tickets to the cartoon cost 12 rubles and plus for 2 rubles you need to buy glasses for 3D, which is not written anywhere. In the top cinemas in Minsk, a ticket for the same cartoon costs 10 rubles (for comparison) and glasses are included. There are no air conditioners. There is a smell of old furniture and damp in the hall. Old chairs, no cup holders. We definitely won't be coming here anymore.

This cinema has not seen repairs for at least 10 years. But everything is in order ...
the halls - how many times have I not been there, it constantly stinks of mold, old chairs with worn and sometimes greasy places. On the plus side, the staff works well and tries to keep this place clean.
The entrance to the cinema is very bad - ruins on the steps, everything is already faded.
In fact, this is an excellent cinema, which urgently needs to be put in order and in accordance with the times, otherwise it got stuck somewhere in the 2000s....

I was there the day before yesterday, very cool, went to see Spider-Man: the web of universes. The hall is cool, there are not so many people, which allows you to enjoy the movie in silence, the chairs are ordinary, comfortable. Due to the fact that there are a lot of speakers in the hall, the sound is very cool, it gives you goosebumps. I haven't tried popcorn there. The interior is ordinary and comfortable. As for the staff, everyone there is very kind, no one is rude. In general, I think 10/10, I really liked the movie.

The seats are soft, but very high. If you are slightly below average height, then part of the screen will be cut off for you by the backs of the chairs in front of you. And if you are with a child, then the child will most likely not see anything except this chair. Cold.

The hall is cold even in outerwear. It smells damp in the foyer, but especially in the hall. The seats are comfortable. There is no terminal for printing electronic tickets, they are allowed to use a QR code, it is enough to show it on the phone. You can buy drinks and popcorn. The staff is polite. Cleanly, until the visitors start to litter, after the end of the popcorn session, they just watched Cheburashka everywhere-they really liked it. Kind, bright movie, good sound, favorite actors. But movies are more for adults and for children over the age of 12. Younger children, after an hour of watching, began to whine and ask to go home, it is difficult for them to sit for 2 hours of watching, especially in the second part of the film-there are a lot of dialogues and you need to listen.

In the cold season, the cinema is very cold and uncomfortable. The repertoire is basically normal, but sometimes new items are shown in the first hall, which you don't want to go to at all. The atmosphere is a la USSR. The chairs are not comfortable. The room is clean enough. The sound and video are average. The staff are aunts with the syndrome of "watchmen". The parking lot next to the cinema is small. If you want to go to the toilet while passing by the cinema, the toilet will be paid for you.

For two days in a row, on 08/21 and 08/22, I could not get to the film with my son of 10 children. On 21.08, we were refused to watch the film "My Spy" due to age restrictions, they were not allowed even under my responsibility, and on 22.08 we came to the film "My Wild Friend", it turned out that the camp had bought all the tickets, not a single empty seat. And there are no alternative options to watch other films. It is "super" that there is only one hall and apparently a cinema in our city is a luxury!
