1. I would like to see tomatoes (especially in summer and autumn) and lemon juice in the composition of some shawarma.
2. If the client asks not to add a pickle, then you do not need to put it down.
3. Garlic sauce is fine, but ketchup spoils the situation - the cheapest with a slight sourness that interrupts the taste of excellent meat. I recommend considering a purchased satsibeli sauce or something like that.
The place is good, but there is no limit to perfection.
