Good day, dear residents of our city!
I want to share with you my impression of the wonderful store "World of Laminate", codenamed "Horns and Hooves"
And of course, to thank his master, a very "conscientious, responsible and honest" man, A.A. Volsky, for his "professionalism" and approach to work!!!
Let's start in order!!! My wife and I made an order from this store on January 4-5, 2024, for the entire apartment, or rather for 73 squares plus a laminate substrate!!! The amount is certainly not 1000 or 2000 bel.rub., but more!!!
The order was personally accepted by the director, who promised that the car with our laminate would arrive on January 17-18!!!! Charging us 50% of the cost of the laminate!!!
In short, on January 17-18, our laminate did not arrive
Then the breakfasts, lunches and dinners begin!!! We call the store, the saleswoman tells us that the director drew up the contract, and call him!
We call the director in response this week we will bring, have a nice day!!!
And one fine February day our laminate arrives, they charged us the remaining amount for the laminate without providing a receipt, they probably thought that it was superfluous!!!But of course this wonderful story could not end there!!!
9 packs of our laminate and three packs of substrate somehow magically left for Minsk!!!
Well, then the fun begins!!! The director answered all our calls 3 times, said that the laminate was in Minsk and would arrive soon, don't worry, and then he probably blocked it altogether!!!The sales girl did not understand at all what we wanted from her, saying that all questions were for the director!!! And so, completely desperate, on one cloudy March day, like a ray of sunshine, Oleg called us, introducing himself as the director's companion, where the director himself had disappeared, we still do not know!!!
Oleg reassured us, said that the laminate would soon be loaded in Moscow and brought to us!
And so, on this beautiful day on 03/12/2024, our floor covering in full force came to us!
True, they promised to bring him into the apartment, but unfortunately an unscrupulous loader took a scalding drink and did not want to do his job!!!
