Here you read the reviews, everything seems to be positive (4-5 stars), but in reality I was faced with some incredible stupidity of people: I ordered delivery to the address, but in the process I realized that the delivery time interval was not quite right for me, I called the manager back, asked to rearrange the order for pickup, specifying which product, according to to which address the delivery was supposed to be. Since I doubted the address of the store, I asked again "where can I pick up my order?", to which I received an unambiguous answer from Olshevsky 18a. Upon arrival, it turned out that my order was not there! Why? But because the person who told me where I could pick up my order "didn't look at the position"! I have a question! And then why did I name what kind of product and to what address was the delivery, for what?! And why do I get the wrong address when I ask where to pick it up???! Moreover, I should note that no one went to the meeting, and they did not even try to smooth out or eliminate the situation in any way. The person who frankly did his job poorly (I mean the manager) didn't even bother to say "sorry, I misunderstood you" or something like that… The price is normal, the organization of work is nonsense, the site is also complete nonsense (it was obviously impossible to write intelligently where the shops and so on were).

The company is great! Hatches for every taste. I took 2 hidden Practice hatches into the house, now I bought a floor hatch "Den" according to individual sizes for 800x1200 tile in the cellar. We did it in the best possible way. A week and the hatch is ready. A separate respect to the staff, we got into the problem, discussed everything with the technology and the designer and called back with the finished result. I advise everyone!
