I bought laminate flooring with a margin — plus two extra packs. We agreed with the seller in advance that if there are any surpluses, they can be returned. It was also agreed that the shipment would not take place immediately — the goods had been in stock for two weeks. After packing, the same two packs remained, and I decided to return them. But the store refused, citing the fact that more than 14 days had passed since the purchase. It is disappointing that these two packs turned out to be more important for the company than a satisfied customer, good feedback and recommendations from friends and acquaintances. It feels like business is conducted according to the old "Soviet" principles — to earn money here and now, and reputation, reviews and customer loyalty do not matter. If I had known, I would have bought it somewhere else — they don't have any special advantages in terms of price or service, I just came in by accident and made a purchase. Tip: it's better to take less and buy more, if necessary, than to be left with a surplus that no one will take back.
