On September 11, 2025, I came to this store. On the advice of the seller, I bought formic acid. To my surprise, there were no instructions for use in the package at all. I started asking questions about how to use the drug correctly and safely, but the seller's answers were very vague, not substantive, and rather boorish. Although it was she who recommended this product. It turns out that the buyer is being sold a dangerous substance without any explanation and without instructions. At the same time, they react irritably to questions instead of helping. I consider this attitude absolutely unacceptable, because it's not just about some household product, but about a chemical that can cause harm if used improperly. A very unpleasant impression of visiting the store: no competent advice, no respectful attitude towards the customer.
