I ordered a drive belt for the compressor and a set of filter nets. The first thing that pleased me was the clear feedback. The manager called back just 5 minutes after the application was completed, clarified everything and helped me find the right belt length, because there are more than 50 options. I was pleased with the quality of the service: they didn't rush it, they didn't impose it, on the contrary, they helped me navigate the parameters. The delivery was made immediately, and the shipment was the next day. The order arrived in 3 days, which I consider an excellent time. Everything is neat in the package, nothing is deformed. There are no complaints about the belt itself: it is dense, odorless, and the marking is clear. I've been using it for 3 weeks now — it works perfectly. Special thanks to consultant Alexey for his patience and professionalism. Next time, I plan to order 2 more belts and filter cloths, approximately for the amount of about 75 rubles. It's nice that you can find both machine tool parts and accessories for the kitchen or picnic on the site. It's convenient when everything is in one place. I will contact you again.

Negative experience. I ordered a belt for an ellipsoid. He gave me the dimensions. They said it was a little shorter by a cm or a little longer by a couple of cm. He asked if a shorter one doesn't fit, will you change it to a longer one? Silence and reset the bill for payment. Well, I think it's OK, so they'll change... ... As a result, they didn't change it, they say, we produce custom-made products for your size. But earlier they wrote to me that there is no 🤷 for my size, which means they don't produce it, it turns out.... I got on the WB - the same belts with the same markings, only cheaper by a couple of rubles.... I feel cheated.

A large selection of belts, I found my belt, the price is humane, but there is no delivery from Belarus to Russia on the website. I called, the manager went to Whatsapp - and immediately writes that the belt costs 1100 rubles + 500 SDEKom shipping!!! And then there's the link to the "spare part for the conveyor" payment!!!! On the website it is 18 bel-rubles, i.e. in Russian 490 rubles!!! I asked Natalia menager a question - oh, I'll clarify, I'll clarify...I sent her photos of the site, but it's strange, it's alarming - you can't place an order on the site, everything is via WhatsApp with wild prices for the goods... they reported that there was an error on the website, but for me it would be 490 and 500 rubles SDEC delivery. I paid, I'm waiting for the result))))
