The complete lack of professionalism of the technical support staff, respect and correctness of the staff. Absolute lack of control of the situation and a desire to help the client. Repeatedly rude attitude and boorish behavior towards the client. There is no customer orientation. The consumer pays monthly in anticipation of receiving the service, but receives low Internet speed, sometimes no Internet connection at all, as well as the boorish attitude of the staff.
