It's expensive, of course, and the connection is not without its drawbacks. But I really like the service itself, the employees. They promptly help and solve problems. Special respect to the chief engineer (unfortunately, I don't know the full name), who turned out to be competent, adequate and pleasant to communicate with - raise a person's salary, otherwise he will go to competitors - you will bite your elbows, but it's too late. ;)

Low speed, regular Internet outages. In the evening, it is impossible to load an elementary web page. The most expensive tariff and the highest price of this provider are connected. On an ongoing basis, technical support received calls from me to solve the problem, and there was also a call from the master at home twice. The issue has not been resolved. The complete lack of professionalism of the technical support staff, respect and correctness of the staff. Absolute lack of control of the situation and a desire to help the client. Repeatedly rude attitude and boorish behavior towards the client. There is no customer orientation. The consumer pays monthly in anticipation of receiving the service, but receives low Internet speed, sometimes no Internet connection at all, as well as the boorish attitude of the staff.

The most terrible place, the Internet works every other day or even a day does not work. Moreover, the tariff is not a business one. I can't get through to the customer service at all. Horror in one word.
