Definitely a place that I will recommend! I was at Hatha yoga, I really liked the mentor's approach to practice, everything is clear and there is a lot of attention. Everything is organized in the hall, as if for myself. Non-slip mats and pillows for mediation- wow. I also had a massage with Konstantin there. I have a job where my back suffers a lot, and Konstantin understood me right away and removed all the clamps that I wanted to fly.
