In general, I liked everything. The food is varied and delicious. Alcohol is foreign, for example, a gamekeeper. The view from the windows of the rooms is wonderful! Slides. 2 swimming pools. Lots of sun beds all over the place. Everything is very well maintained. There is a charming zoo. In general, everything that should be in 5k. I will describe the disadvantages in a little more detail, why I rate it at 4 and why I will not choose this particular hotel anymore.
I had a rest in the middle of April 2024.
Minuses:
1) outdoor pools without heating. Accordingly, it was impossible to swim in April. If I had known in advance, I wouldn't have gone. There are a bunch of hotels with heated outdoor pools.
2) the rooms are spacious, beautiful view from the window, but very shabby and old. Everything is shabby. And the TV is not hanging in front of the bed, but on the side, a strange decision.
3) very poor breakfasts
4) there are seafood in the photo reviews. In fact, there was no seafood during the week of rest! There was a fish. But shrimps, mussels, crayfish and all that - no
5) evening animation for 3 minutes. Live low-quality music. You have to listen to it in an area where there is nowhere to sit, only standing. I didn't like it very much. At 9:30 p.m., I don't want to stand, I want to sit at a table and watch a show.

Cons - an old, not modern hotel. The cook doesn't cook meat very well. There are no quiet rooms, you can hear the disco everywhere.
The advantages are a gorgeous green area, a huge beach. Not a bad diet in general. Good service. There is an opportunity for relaxation. Lots of bars. No queues. In general, there are much more advantages. The hotel left a favorable impression.

Location on the 1st line, 2 buildings with daily cleaning (shampoo,gel,conditioner,toothpaste,brush in the room),shows every day, many places to relax in the green area and by the pool. The restaurant has a children's area with bottle pasteurization, a menu for allergy sufferers.The beach is small pebbles, beach towels are exchanged for cards.There is a shower on the beach.The pool is inside without heating .

Super hotel!!! Gorgeous territory, park area. Everything is thought out and competently planned. Polite and attentive staff throughout the hotel: at the reception (which rarely happens), in the restaurant, maids, bartenders, animators. The hotel is great. If you didn't get attached to the room stock, which is already tired, then everything else is at the highest level.
We've been a couple for 50 years. We love interesting, but not noisy. In the Mirage, all the stars converged.
Before that, we stayed in 5* with a booking rating of 8.9.
This hotel did not disappoint.
The food is excellent.
The evening shows are great.
The pier is amazing.
The beach strip is 500 meters.
The sea is the purest
The view from the sea to the mountains is breathtaking.
In general, I definitely recommend it.
We lived in the main building, but two days later we asked to change the room to an additional building.
I really liked it.
Every day, a walk through the wonderful hotel grounds to the main restaurant.
I will immediately warn you that a la carte restaurants are paid. Although when ordering, the employee who booked assured that everything was included
But when we left the hotel, we were charged 40 euros for this restaurant.
I really liked the location of the hotel.
Nearby there is a residential area and a huge promenade with shopping malls. For three hours of walking.

I was 2 times in Mirage! I really like it there! Polite staff, they greet you with a smile at the Spring, director Alexandra is very pleasant, knows her job and with a smile all the time! The SPA has excellent employees! Masseuse Lyubochka is lovely, she also turned out to be from Nalchik, our girl! The maid cleans the rooms very well! The food and pastries are very tasty, varied!Prosperity to you!

5 with a minus, to be honest. Of course, this is 5 stars, but there is definitely something to work on. The weakest point is the restaurant. Service do not hit a recumbent. Almost none of the waiters will offer a drink: you have to call and ask or go yourself. The set of dishes is large and varied, but the quality of execution, especially meat and fish, is 4 at best. Room cleaning is excellent, but you need to remind about filling the mini bar. The beach is big enough, there is enough space in general, there is no battle for sun beds. But, towels for the whole beach are given out in 1 place. The pier bar is open until 18.00. Then you need to take a drink elsewhere. The rooms are a little tired.

The hotel was vacationing from August 13 to 22, 2023. We arrived at about 15 o'clock. They settled right away. They gave me a room in the second building on the ground floor. Already on the way to the room, they sensed something was wrong. The master was repairing the wardrobe in the room. It was a little dirty. There was a smell of dampness. Instead of a double bed, there were two single beds carelessly pushed together. From the "balcony" you could step up a little and go out onto the lawn. Leaving the suitcase in the room, we went to the reception. They'll ask for $or move us to a better room. We were changed to a room in the same building, on the fifth floor with a good repair, a double bed and a magnificent view of the sea and mountains.
The room was cleaned every day. The girl is smart- everything is fast, neat, she changed towels every day. I cleaned very diligently and efficiently.
The minibar was replenished only 6 times during the 9 days of stay. The range in the minibar is rich: juice, water, cola, sprite, Fanta, beer.just a few bottles each. There were also chips, straws, marmalades, chocolate bars.
The room had a kettle, tea, coffee, slippers, shower caps and other small things for the bath. There were no dressing gowns.
The territory is large and well maintained. Two swimming pools, a water park. several hammocks, a small zoo. There were sun beds both near the pool on the tiles and under the trees on the lawn. Closer to lunch, there were practically no free sun beds near the pool.
The beach is large, clean, divided into 2 parts by several bungalows. There were always free sun beds. The staff was constantly walking around, putting the sun beds in their places and wiping them. The wooden paths leading to the sea were swept of sand every morning. The beach itself has small pebbles at the entrance and coarse sand on the shore. We took aquasocks, but used them only a couple of times. There is an equipped entrance to the water, a pier with a bar and 2 islets. The water is clean and warm. Small fish were swimming near the shore. The food is varied and delicious. There was always steamed meat on the grill. Lots of vegetables, greens, fruits. A variety of side dishes. 2 times there were seafood - crayfish, crabs, shrimps, langoustines, mussels.
There was something to eat and drink at almost every step and around the clock. At lunch, you could order fresh fruit for 3 euros. The waiters worked very quickly and accurately - they brought drinks, quickly removed empty dishes from the table. Everyone is friendly and very positive. The ice cream was both packaged and in a cone.
Constant animation and show programs. I liked archery.
There are shops on site where you can buy everything from swimming trunks to panthenol. A small bazaar with souvenirs, sweets and a pharmacy with a Russian-speaking pharmacist are 10 minutes from the hotel.
In general, we are very satisfied with the rest.
The guide's behavior caused a slight disappointment. Or rather, his promises about excursions. They took mira-kekovo. He beautifully painted that we would get there in an hour, swim with masks, a comfortable bus and no shops. As a result: there was no promised water on the bus, the journey took twice as long because of the stop "to eat, to the toilet". No diving with masks. On the way back, we stopped by for wine tasting (if you can call it that)... But the places themselves are beautiful!
The only negative not related to the hotel is the very harsh sun. The Spf 50 failed and the face was slightly burned. From 13:00 to 15:00 it is better not to swim in the sea, although it is very cool.
