- The food is tasteless, very poor. Day in and day out we ate nothing but spaghetti(!), rolls, eggs. From meat, liver and lazy cabbage rolls, beef 1 time a week, which is quickly disassembled. 1 time there was a barbecue, the queue for it stood for an hour. Pork is hiding behind a kilometer-long vegetable stew. The puree is not natural, it is diluted. The food is served by the staff. HUGE QUEUES FOR FOOD.
- From free non-alcoholic drinks: diluted jupi (tastes like domestos), pepsi / sprite are poured separately into each glass. HUGE QUEUES FOR DRINKS.
- The food area is spread over a very large area, half of which is indoors, half in the yard. By the time you go around and stand in line, the food will cool down a hundred times. The place where you sit down to eat is also located at a distance, not at hand.
- A plot has been allocated on the beach for a hotel and sun beds are free, but the plot is small, there are not enough sun beds, the canopies are scanty, they do not give any shade. I had to walk further along the beach so as not to swim in a paddling pool with a bunch of people, lie without a canopy and on the rocks.
- The contingent of guests is 90% Russian. The look is despicable from Moscow, the honor is truly Southern.
Total: The hotel is not 4 stars at all, a maximum of 2.5-3. It is better to save up money and go to five stars (you see, you will come across a natural four). I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

And they were supposed to fly at 5 a.m. on the 1st line of Sunset Beach in Alanya. My friends bought it there, so we followed them. And they have a departure on 20.06. Cancellation of the reservation and does not book the hotel from 23! But only from 1.07. It's too late for them. They changed the hotel. And we don't have a cancellation! (expected opening on 22.06!) We sit and wait. Friends living in Turkey call our hotel. No one is answering the phone there.
22.06 Coral is silent. 23,24,25..silence. I'm looking at the Royal Flight flights in Koltsovo, all canceled. I call the airline, they say no, 25 will fly and 26 according to the schedule. 25 did not fly. We are flying with a child and he needs to take a test!! But as it turned out, 72 hours is very short. We decided to hand it over at the airport, as it is easier and more reliable to get the result. It seems to me that they don't do it. At 21.22 we passed, at 4 a.m. the result came to the post office. At least it's negative.
On 25.06 in the evening we went to the airport, my agent writes half way, Coral is rescheduled for departure on 27.06! Do you agree? Where to go? Yes. We turned around, we didn't go to take the test. After 2 hours, Coral informs us that our hotel in Alanya is not confirmed!! And it's the 25.06 evening!! And it offers approximately in the same area (and this is not the center at all) two urban-type parking lots on the 2nd line to choose from!!
I looked. There's nothing to choose from.
The agent offered the 4th line, also the 2nd line, in Kirisha Kemer. Grand Miramor. They agreed. Coral was still thinking and confirming for a long time. The documents were issued only on the afternoon of 06/26. Departure 27 at 4 a.m.
We arrived and took the printed test. No one has looked at the tests or the vaccination anywhere. Neither in Russia nor in Turkey.
The flight is more or less very narrow seats on the plane. We flew at 4.30. They gave only ordinary water.
We arrived, met, took them, pretty quickly. About an hour. We arrived at the hotel at about 9 a.m. We were sent to breakfast. After that, almost immediately they gave the keys to the rooms. 2508 and 2509 in the 3rd building of the seven-storey building. One room has a balcony overlooking the sea, the other on the mountain. 5th floor. Everything worked. The room is small, there is no way to turn around in three. Interestingly, the remote control from the air conditioner is nailed to the wall, and you can't press all the buttons. It would also be from the TV nailed to the wall.
Cleaning was done superficially every day. We didn't always let them in. A call was made to the room and an indication on it - do not disturb, neutral and get out.
Our bed linen has not been changed once in 14 days, apparently when there was a change of linen, we did not let in that day.
Towel 1 was changed. For the legs, they were changed more often.
Our cleaning consisted in the fact that she wiped the floor in the middle of the room, sometimes washed the sink, the toilet, threw out the garbage.
The room has a hairdryer, kettle, cups, coffee, tea, TV (16-18 Russian channels), soap accessories. The shampoo is bad, there is no conditioner at all, the hair cannot be combed.
The food was fine. As in any 3-4 in Turkey. There is not much meat, more often stew with vegetables. The fish was herring, mackerel and even smaller. Bony, but sometimes nothing. For breakfast, scrambled eggs, pancakes, donuts, lunch and dinner soups. A standard table with herbs and sliced vegetables, olives, salads and snacks in the afternoon and evening. Potatoes, rice, pasta. Grilled lamb cutlets, it seems, then chicken or turkey. There are 3 tables of sweets, but on the 3rd day they didn't take anything except baked apples. Fruits - apples, watermelon, melon, orange. Everything is so-so, there is no melon at all. The disadvantages of food. It's amazing how melons and watermelons can be ripe and taste nothing. What should I buy for? The restaurant is located at a distance from the distribution. Running back and forth with plates is so much fun. Why can't the air conditioners in the restaurant be turned on normally and the windows closed? It's not clear. At first there were a lot of flies. Then, either we were not sitting at the window, or we did something, it seemed to get smaller. The restaurant is stuffy.
Upon arrival, there was a bar on the veranda above the restaurant until 21, and one by the pool until 22.30! The queues are huge!! Of course, the bartender is smiling on duty, but I would not say that they are in a hurry. There are queues at the restaurant for the main dishes!!
The location of the hotel is gorgeous! At the foot of the mountain. You go out to a small bazaar. They're bothering me. After the lockdown, it seems especially so.
500 m to the sea, through the bazaar, then turn left. The road is quite comfortable. The main thing is not downhill, in a straight line. In the morning in the shade. The sea, due to the fact that the bottom is pebbles, is clean almost all day. Only when the waves were there was turbidity. It's hard to get in and out. My feet sink into small pebbles, I come across a bigger one. Exit the slippers. The price range starts from $ 2, we bought for 8 on a selicon sole.
The sea is deep. You can't reach the bottom about 5-7 meters from the shore.
There are a lot of sun beds. But the canopy is made very poorly!!
The width of the canopy does not even cover the length of one sunbed, everyone is moving back and forth. Pull an additional tarpaulin between the last 3-4 canopies!! And everything will be fine!
There is a bar on the beach, free tea, coffee, yuppie, water in the cooler. Shower, toilet.
There is a paid internet connection in this hotel!! I haven't seen such bullying anywhere for a long time! Even at the reception. The price list starts from $ 2 per day for One device!
My son was upset. At first, too, but then I decided that it's safer to relax without the Internet! They will shake your nerves less.
We can go to Kemer. There is a bus running. Stop either on the ring at the ATMs, or on the right behind the hotel, just behind the 3rd building. 4.5 lira fare.
Both the Turks and the Russian side began to withdraw a commission from the ATM.
Ural Airlines were supposed to fly back. But the flight was changed and the royal flight was back. The time from 17.25 was moved to 20.45 from the hotel was picked up at 16.40.
There is no air conditioning anywhere at the reception. And sitting in the heat for 5 hours before a night flight is still a pleasure. We decided to extend the number. $10 for 1 hour. We paid before 16.
At 13.30, the housekeepers began to break in-isn't it time for you, madam, to go out?? She said no, it's not time. When I paid at the reception, I assured them that everyone would be warned, they agreed to write a check. The second time they break down the door, stick a piece of paper in your nose-go to the reception! I gave them a check in response and said I'm not going anywhere before 16!!! They fell behind.
They took me to the airport. Check-in, boarding, 30 min delay. We flew. The commander announces that we are returning back to Antalya for technical reasons. We returned and sat down. We stand for 2 hours, they didn't let us out of the plane. We went to get the water ourselves, the stewards didn't even think to offer it to everyone. The commander announced that everything was in order, the dose was corrected and we were flying. I don't know what happened. But the commander was nervous. Instead of 4 hours of flight, we spent 8 hours on the plane. Which spoiled the whole vacation.

The toilet is really small and the balcony is also not large.The food at the hotel is monotonous- there seems to be a lot of it, but there is not much to eat. Everything is cold. In 10 days, the same thing has already become very boring. There were huge queues for food.The sea is clean within a seven-minute walk, but there are small fish in the sea that bite painfully - be careful.Escourses are not organized in any way at all. They collected money from people and that's it. They didn't even count the people when they were sent back. In general, Turks are very greedy, arrogant and annoying. This is the first time in Turkey and there is no desire to travel to this country anymore. The hotel has terrible memories. I don't advise anyone to go there. One of the best hotels, the rooms are clean, spacious, bright, always cleaned (I emphasize- ALWAYS), the buffet is very decent, if someone is unhappy that a lot of chicken (in different types), little lamb, beef and crayfish are not served with lobster lobsters, then be kind to the seven-star, not far By the way, from Miramor, only 1000 euros per day.
I read a lot of indignation that they don't give a towel for the beach, that's the trouble! I want to note that they do not give out any swimming trunks, fins, or masks. You are provided with soft sun beds, and what to lay on them is your concern.
My opinion about the hotel, staff, service, comfort (I was this year from 28.09 to 6.10) - the hotel is SUPER!!! The owner of the hotel invests in the infrastructure not only money, but also his soul (!) many five-star hotels lose in many ways.
If possible, I will only go to THIS hotel.

The interior of the marble floors is impressive. There are three swimming pools: two are located on the street, one is hidden from view in the basement, where there is a spa salon, next to which there is a gym, hammam, steam rooms and a shower room, as well as a hairdresser.
A large restaurant with a cool area on the ground floor and an outdoor outdoor area on the floor above. There is a leather and fur salon, from which you can go to a larger store for free and make a pleasant purchase of a good leather jacket or fur products there.
The rooms in the hotel are diverse, but the general trend is as follows:
- shower with hot water, the supply of which is a la "lucky / unlucky";
- bathroom with bidet;
- a large sink with a dirty shelf on the bottom;
Fortunately, the employees of the sanitary service work in good faith, then the room is always clean. You just need to be reminded sometimes about cleaning your room with a sign on the door handle.

We stayed at this hotel in early August of the 20th year. The hotel saves on everything possible. If you are thinking of cooling off somewhere, then you can only do it in the room. The air conditioners in the hotel are for beauty. The refrigerators in the rooms work just like drawers on a magnetic door. When asked to replace it at the reception, they joked "just don't use it." Don't even think about lunchboxes: it will be a wet bun with a strip of cucumber, a micro slice of tomato, and a small piece of cheese. The filling will make up 1/15 part of this dish. On the beach, only water is free. The food is mediocre. Missing salads were served a couple of times. Only one bar is open all the time. A queue of 10-15 minutes is the norm.
From the good - the sea. Clean.
Bottom line: I've been to this country a lot of times. He lived both in hotels and in an ordinary rented apartment in a complex with a swimming pool. I noticed a regression in service. I'll only go to the apartment next time. Living outside a hotel is much more interesting than living in a hotel on a voucher and then writing reviews

very nice hotel, with spacious bright rooms!!!The location was also pleasant, it takes 5 minutes (500 meters) to go to the sea.And the beach deserves special attention!!!!He's awesome!!!!a convenient gentle entrance to the sea, small pebbles and the purest warm sea!!!

I was here in 2015. Excellent hotel, helpful staff, delicious food, 2 swimming pools, water slides, 5 minutes walk to the sea. There is a bar on the beach. The only disadvantage for me was that there were no delicious Turkish tortillas for an afternoon snack.

Nice hotel. I think he deserves his 4 stars. However, this is my first time in Turkey) But we liked everything. The only thing is, we were persuaded to stay four in one room for 2 nights, although we took 2 different vouchers for 2 people (relatives), for this we were given free Wi-Fi to each and a safe. We haven't tried much of the food, especially snacks. Delicious pancakes, donuts with chocolate paste for breakfast. A large selection of food for dinner (meat: chicken, beef with vegetables, ventricles, hearts, chicken liver), fish, various vegetables, I really liked sweets, you can choose for every taste. So far there have been watermelons, apples, and pears from fruits. Overall, we are happy with the rest)
