I've been living here for over a year, I really like it, everything is within walking distance: shops, a clinic, a school, a PSC, there are several kindergartens in our house. Yard and entrance cleaning is carried out in a timely manner, clean-up days are held by residents, and courtyard lighting has improved. The organizers are the chairman of the AXIS and the council of the house, they respond quickly to all comments. I especially liked how we celebrated Nauryz, Eid al-Adha, and New Year, and both children and adults were happy. On the downside: not enough parking spaces

Warm brick house with thick walls, good location. Near the house there is a promenade and all the developed infrastructure, 10 minutes from the house there is a nice clean Mosque.

There are two large playgrounds in the courtyard. The shops are very good. Olympus laboratory is in the house, which is very pleasing. The yard is always clean, the tenants are almost all owners. There is a football ground. A parking lot will be built next to the house soon. Abaya Ave. continues from the back of the house. There will be a steep view of the embankment. There are silent Japanese elevators in the house. The entrances are clean. There are 3 apartments on the site. A very cool warm house.

The LCD is not comfortable to live in. If you arrive late, it is not possible to park the car. Mobile communications generally suffer in that area. You can't get through in the courtyard of the house, you're in the elevator and you're out of the access zone altogether. The shops in the courtyard generally charge cosmic prices for products, while the assortment is meager. The numbering of the entrances is mixed up, i.e. the first entrance with apartment 200, the 8th entrance with apartment 10. In general, I do not advise buying housing in this residential complex.
