Everything is great!The territory is huge, there is a place to walk with the kids and there are many playgrounds!Cleanliness, order!Only in the off-season it is cold in the apartment.

Красиво, спокойно, чистый воздух. Отличная минипарковая зона на территории. Ощущение изолированности и тишины недалеко от города. Особенно нравится аллея на въезде с аскарова в сторону мирас парка))
На территории жк есть магазинчик и кафешка. Немного неадекватная управляющая компания ( кск) .
