I recently traveled from Yerevan to Lugansk in a minivan. I booked the tickets on the website https://miragevoyage.ru The route started from the Mirage Voyage office. Everything was organized very conveniently and comfortably: the car was clean and cozy, it was really nice to sit. The road passed calmly, without unnecessary stops. The driver was neat and attentive, he did not smoke in the cabin, and he took care of the passengers. I was very pleased with the choice and recommend it to everyone!

We booked 2 seats from Yerevan to Tbilisi via Yandex. On the morning before the trip, someone wrote that the boarding place was changing to another one. OK, we understood, we accepted. At night (around 12 o'clock) we have already been informed that this is another carrier communicating with us, to whom our contacts were simply sent to give us a ride, and that they would not take us anywhere in principle. Check-out was supposed to be at 7 a.m. How in the middle of the night we were looking for another transfer, it's just indescribable. And the carrier itself has not even contacted us. I don't recommend it to anyone!

The bottom is in its full manifestation. Where to begin? Yes, because no one called or even said that the departure was not from the office, but from the railway station. When I called and asked if there would be a flight, they told me what would happen and from where. Further communication consisted of a bunch of calls from my side (they were not interested) and departure at 21:30, not 20:00 as promised. After crossing the border, the old car just broke down and the arrival time was postponed by 3 hours.The only advantage is the driver, pleasant, polite, but that's it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!

Complete indifference to passengers. They're driving themselves, not people. They asked me to turn it off many times, turn the music down at night, anyway. They smoke in the salon. They violate all driving rules. The driver is rude.
