Today I visited the One-Stop Government Service Center located in the city center, and the experience was extremely disappointing. There was a long line, yet only one staff member working at the window. If the workload is this high, it would make sense to hire additional employees or organize shifts more efficiently. The staff member at the counter, Saltanat, treated me with disrespect and spoke in a rude and offensive manner when I attempted to ask a simple question. This level of attitude is unacceptable in a public service environment. Additionally, there is no proper waiting area for visitors. Instead of arranging chairs or a comfortable seating area, there is a large unused table taking up most of the space. For a service center located in the heart of Tashkent, the conditions resemble a rural office rather than a central public service facility. I hope the responsible management takes this feedback seriously and improves both the staff training and the service environment.

It's just a terrible service center!!! At 9:40, I took number 17 in the queue and at that time only room 3 was serviced, by 12:00 the queue had moved up to number 15 and almost all the employees left for lunch together, leaving only 2 windows for individuals and not a single window for entrepreneurs, and the queue continued to grow. Employees simply don't care about customers, the main thing for them is to work out their working hours and leave

It's just a terrible service, a waste of time and money. People are tired of their work, no one wants to do anything or help. Issuing a driver's license, dancing with a tambourine, then the database is not working, then the plastic is out. There are some surprises every time. It feels like they just don't want to work with you!!! And the saddest thing is that no one is going to take any action, no complaints are working. Everything is as usual!

I was pleasantly surprised by the work of this state service center. The staff is polite and attentive, helping at every stage. An employee immediately met me at the entrance and told me where to contact for my question, so I didn't have to search. The ID card registration process was very fast — it took only a couple of hours. Photographing is organized on the spot, everything is fast and convenient. I would like to mention the cash register separately: there are no queues, payment can be made by card without unnecessary difficulties. The atmosphere is calm, order is maintained at a high level. It is clear that the organization is trying to make the service comfortable for people. There were only positive impressions from the visit.

I am very disappointed with the work of the “Single Window” Turning to the “Single Window" has become a real challenge. Instead of simplifying the process of receiving services, the system has only added stress and wasted time. Here are the problems I encountered: — Extremely slow service. The queue hardly moved, and the staff worked sluggishly and without interest. — Lack of clear information. The consultations are either inaccurate or contradictory. I have to run in circles, getting different answers from different employees. — Rude attitude of the staff. Instead of helping, there is irritation, as if the client is in the way. — Problems with the electronic queue. It doesn't work properly — people lose their place, the system freezes. As a result, I spent a lot of time without getting proper service. It is a pity that the structure designed to help creates even more obstacles in reality. I hope the leadership will take action, otherwise the credibility of the “Single Window” will be completely undermined.

We applied with our daughter on 02.10.2025 for a foreign passport. They all passed 10 working days. My passport is ready, but my daughter still hasn't received a text message. On 10/15/2025, I received my passport and asked On what basis my daughters were being detained, they said that it was not in their competence, it did not depend on them. After checking the data on the computer, they said today, tomorrow an SMS message would arrive and there was still silence.!

Disgusting! Employees are directly doing a favor to such "uninvited guests in their home" like us, citizens of this country, on whose income taxes they receive their salaries! Why do they get these free payments? Because they don't know the outgoing regulations governing their activities? For barely moving? Terrible service center! I absolutely do not recommend it. I came to update my driver's license. The whole process went through, and as soon as I received the document, it was completely different instead of my signature. Just a kalyaka-malaka. And of course, no one admitted the mistake and everyone said that I did it myself. No one understood the complaint, and the cameras are not working. I gave up on everything and paid the fee to the cashier again and did it all over again. May the money come out of their pocket

They work just disgusting! I can't get my license for a week, the database doesn't work, the printer breaks down every day at 13:00. This is not the first time I have dealt with this department of the MFC and it seems that specialists are taken there without work experience, who only do misinformation .They don 't understand what someone else's time is and they don 't appreciate it at all .One task that can be solved in one day can be stretched for 3-4 days .Please teach your specialists how to work both in the department and the operators who will be able to answer at least something on the phone

Thus, if you follow your turn by number, then in principle do not even hope to receive your service ... I spent 2 days on this department, it turned out that there is some kind of rule according to which people who are "urgent" pass without a queue!!!

The girl at the reception checked the coupons and if someone passed before another number, she sent them back to the queue. The only thing is that the numbers in the PINFL queue are not announced and they are not displayed on the scoreboard, you need to monitor your queue directly at window No. 17.
