A wonderful hotel! Clean, quiet, cozy. The rooms are very spacious and fresh. Delicious breakfasts. We tried other dishes in the restaurant too - everything is delicious! The spa center is a great place to relax. Thai masseuses will masterfully relieve you of clamps and fatigue. What especially captivates me is the flavors! They're everywhere. In general, a normal hotel, fairly new, everything works in the room, we lived in a semi-suite on the second floor. What I didn't like: the Internet in the room is bad, it's vomiting all the time, and the lobby is fine. Breakfast- of course you won't be hungry, but the choice is meager and monotonous, the coffee machine worked for one day out of 3 days, broke down on the second, coffee was brought from the bar, on the third they offered money from the bar. I had to leave earlier, they asked for a refund in 2 days, at first - no problem, we will do it, in fact, on the day of departure with a scandal, we managed to return it in a day and a half, we still kept a piece for ourselves under the pretext: first about some "we pay taxes" until later: we couldn't rent your room (the hotel was half empty). In general, the sediment remained, perhaps unlucky, it was Saturday and the manager was communicating with the management by phone. There is nothing written anywhere about the fact that the reservation is not refunded. But in general it's fine.
