It was the worst stay ever. We booked the hotel for 4 days and decided to leave on the second day. We had breakfast included as a buffet, but on checking in we found out that the restaurant is on renovation and we won’t be able to visit it and they’ll bring breakfast in the room. At the reception they also said that don’t worry choose anything you want, we’ll make it, plus we’ll serve Turkish breakfast. As you understand, they didn’t make anything next morning ( said that they don’t serve hot dishes today, we ordered omelet). Due to renovations at the restaurant, there are some loud noises of construction and due to it they also had some troubles with electricity. It turned off several times, while I was in the shower and even we got stuck in the elevator. Next when we came back in the evening, we found out that the air conditioner doesn’t work. They couldn’t do anything, so it didn’t work all night. So we had to sleep in hot room, also couldn’t close the window properly as it’s broken also. As a result, problems with electricity, construction noise, broken window, broken conditioner. We decide to leave next morning. They didn’t give out money back until we right a good review! Could you imagine that? Of course we couldn’t complete it as in booking.comer couldn’t cancel our stay. After some time, they let us go, gave money back, but took the commission 60€. Highly do not recommend!

We stopped for a week, October 2025. Everything is great. We arrived early, left our suitcase and went for a walk. There are 2 metro stations nearby + Marmaray + tram. The breakfasts are excellent, I ate and I can make it to dinner. The room wasn't big, but we only spent the night, fine. Russian TV, kettle, clean, daily cleaning, 2 bottles of water and coffee/tea every day. There is always hot water in the shower. From the window you can see the Marmara Sea, in the photo the bird is blocked) I recommend it, it is convenient and pleasant. They speak Russian.

We stayed here in February 2026. We needed the Lalili area. It took us a long time to book hotels using a card with payment via St. Petersburg, and we came across the MISA hotel. The payment went smoothly. We have prepared a room with a very comfortable bed and anatomical pillows. The room is dark in color, but very cozy. Polite and courteous staff. The location is convenient for us. Istanbul city center, Sultan Mehmed Square, Hagia Sophia Temple, Tap Kapa Palace are within walking distance. The hotel's dining room is located on the 7th floor, overlooking the Bosphorus. We liked the hotel, so I recommend it.

I'll give you five stars for this area. The rooms are clean and cozy, although a little tired. Courteous staff, quick to respond to requests. I agree with the previous comments that breakfast on the fourth day is boring with uniformity, but in general it is not so critical. The rooms are really small, but comfortable. Adequate sound insulation, I have never woken up from the Azan or the noise on the roads. A huge plus: the proximity to the metro / tram and the airport bus stop. The main attractions in the form of the Blue Mosque are really a 25-30 minute walk away. If you plan to walk all day and stay only overnight, this is an excellent choice at reasonable prices.

I liked the location, mattresses/pillows, room cleaning, daily water, tea and coffee. The breakfasts, of course, are not very varied, but you will not stay hungry. I was very surprised by the bathroom in the middle of the room, with translucent doors, but maybe this is the norm for Turkey. It's a shame that they didn't congratulate you on your birthday and anniversary.

Everything was great, the location, the cleanliness, the room was in good condition, the hotels were warm and the Wi-Fi was working well. The only thing was that the breakfast was weak. There is little variety, only boiled eggs and an omelet are hot. Additionally, there were a couple of types of sausages and cheeses, nuggets, and a lot of baked goods. Good location on Aksaray. Nice men at the reception. They speak Russian. Hot water and good pressure. The room is not big. We went in with our backpacks, it would have been close to the suitcases. It's like I want to paint it already. The breakfast is a buffet, but modest. There was no soup. You can eat and eat, but it's a 4-minute table.

We had a rest in Istanbul, stayed at this hotel, the hotel is wonderful, clean, cozy, everything worked, cleaned every day, water, tea, coffee. The staff is very polite and pleasant, they did not refuse any request, they always tried to help. Yes, the breakfasts are monotonous, but! They are very satisfying and delicious . Also convenient location , transportation 5-10 min walk(bus, metro, tram, Marmaray) And it's a 20-30-minute walk to the premises. In general, I liked everything, book it)

I stayed at this hotel for 2 days in September 2025. A clean, decent hotel with courteous staff who speaks several languages (including Russian). There was enough in the room, the breakfasts were hearty with a good selection. The location is excellent, within walking distance of public transport, as well as the main attractions. The impressions after the stay were positive. Thanks to the hotel staff for their hospitality.

Upon check-in, they were given a very small room, but they were changed to another one upon request. The room doesn't look as perfect as in the photo, but it's clean and tidy. The insanely small bathroom and the lack of a closet are another sad point. Breakfast is also a deception - there is little food, it is the same from day to day. !But everything is clean and the staff is quite polite. The location was also particularly pleasing.

We stayed twice, in March and August 2024. A great hotel for your money. The main thing is silence. Of course, it's quite busy around, but both the roadway and the mosques are some distance away, so you wake up when you want, and not when the maudzin gathers the faithful for prayer. The food is the most ordinary, but high-quality: omelette, boiled eggs, porridge, sausages, tomatoes, cucumbers, fruits. Many people write about a small bathroom. We lived together, there was enough room for us. If you find fault: it's stuffy on the stairs and in the elevator. And so everything is fine, I recommend it!

In Istanbul for the 4th time. We received a slight shock and disappointment. The economic crisis is evident in all countries. The hotel was pleased only by the friendly and attentive staff. Otherwise, the location is good relative to transport, but a huge rattling trash can under the windows is visible from all the rooms, tiny rooms.

In general, the hotel is price/quality. The rooms are clean and tidy, our towels were cleaned and renewed daily. The room has everything you need: a kettle, tea/coffee, a hair dryer, a mini fridge, a large mirror, a table and a chair for work, as well as good Internet, at least on the 3rd floor caught without interruption. The interior is minimalistic, without gold moldings and royal headboards, which rooms are full in Istanbul))) yes, the room is small in size, of the disadvantages, the room was a little dark and there was no full-fledged wardrobe, but this did not bother us. The bathroom is very tiny, but at the same time there was a warm floor in the shower, which gave comfort when taking a shower. Breakfast was on the top floor according to the buffet system, not very varied and delicious, but you will not stay hungry. Scramble was always cooked, there were vegetables and fruits, and various cuts. But by the way, there was a similar breakfast in a more expensive Radisson, so I don't think you need to bet on it) You will also be entertained by begging seagulls at breakfast;) There are scales on the ground floor where you can evaluate the results of your Turkish shopping and exclude unpleasant surprises with a preponderance at the airport. The hotel is located in the historical district of Fatih. There are restaurants nearby for every taste and budget, and not all of them are in Yandex maps, so I recommend using maps.mi. You could get to all historical attractions on foot. The nearest metro station (Vesnezhiler) is 8-10 minutes on foot, this green line, which makes it easy to get to the western part, where there are also many attractions and large shopping centers. There are also bus and tram stops nearby. Several exchangers are also within walking distance, and on the next street there is a small market where you can buy groceries and fresh fruits. The room was booked through the Islet service. We were satisfied.

One of the disadvantages is a trash can right under the windows, which is very noisily emptied at 12 at night. Even with the windows closed, it was loud on the 4th floor.
