The hotel is conveniently located. Near the metro in three minutes, tram tracks. There are Russian speakers at the reception, which was an important aspect when choosing a hotel. Friendly staff, tea and coffee to choose from were offered upon check-in. Excursions can be selected on site. We took advantage of a guided tour of the Bosphorus. The room was rented for a family of two adults and two children. Room one is a common room. Three full beds. The linen is clean, even snow-white. Towels are clean for everyone. The only negative was that the room was on the ground floor with no windows, as the building was dense. And the windows don't face the street. In general, for such a price, it is very pleasant. The breakfast was a buffet. A variety of food. The pastries are fresh.

The hotel is very beautiful, the lobby is decorated in gold, it looks very beautiful and rich. I liked that there are beautiful, large, historical paintings hanging all over the territory, you can look at them all day long, the staff is very friendly and welcoming, the location of the hotel is excellent, everything is within walking distance, the only thing that seemed the same was breakfast, they practically did not change

We stayed here with a family (2 adults, 2 children) from September 17 to September 18, 2025. This, of course, has not been 4* for a long time, although the monograms and paintings in gilded frames are still hanging. To be honest, it's extremely difficult to find a hotel with a pool and spa in the heart of Istanbul for this money, so it was probably worth it. The polite manager at the reception checked us in 2 hours earlier than the stated time without any problems, total courtesy. But the room wasn't that good. Everything is dilapidated, chipped, and battered. There are 3 beds in a row: two single beds, one double bed. Here it is, the Family number :) Washing liquid in separate bottles, there is even something called "hair conditioner". There are cotton pads and sticks. There are no dental kits. There are slippers. There is also a kettle, tea, coffee and bottled water. We didn't have a window facing the "light of God", the window looked out onto some artificial leaves and an "inner courtyard" where steers and garbage were thrown from above. The breakfast is normal, everything is quite tasty. We went to the pool. When we were swimming in the pool, the workers worked without embarrassment, they fixed something in the spa, they repaired it. For 10 minutes we were able to swim like that. The spa complex itself is quite pleasant (it would be if it weren't for the renovation). Bottom line: it's not 4 stars, it's a stretch, of course. But the location is excellent, in the very center, perfect transport accessibility, and there is some kind of spa with a swimming pool.
