I got caught with peretonitis. To this hospital on insurance. The operation was performed by a surgeon , a girl, and the care was wonderful, attentive staff. A great spacious room with everything you need. My husband was with me all the time. Because we missed the plane. They helped us with the return flight through the insurance company. Thanks again to everyone who helped us. Just a huge thank you. There is a language barrier, but Russian-speaking guys are sitting at the reception. It's good that you are there. .. be sure to insure yourself and everyone's health. Strong.

My daughter and I were taken to this hospital by an insurance company. Diagnosis: acute appendicitis. If you do not have money for expenses (for example, a CT scan, which was necessary to confirm the diagnosis, and you cannot do an ultrasound, which will be covered by insurance), which are not covered by insurance, you do not need to wait for help. As soon as the money is credited to the account, they begin to provide assistance. The ward is very clean, very spacious for 1 person, there is a couch for an attendant. med.the staff speaks English and is ready to help around the clock. They communicate respectfully

On vacation, a one-year-old child caught rotavirus, a few days before departure. We applied to this hospital for insurance, the night before the flight. We arrived in a serious condition. In the waiting room, we were met by a medical brother, a pleasant man, we communicated through an interpreter (from his phone). After filling out the documents, we went to the doctor. And here we were not pleasantly surprised, we were asked to communicate with him in English or use our translator (phone). After the next survey, the child was placed on a gurney, all the necessary tests were taken, the readiness of which took 1 hour. The child was put on a drip. Since I had not slept all night before, I lay down on the same gurney with the child. The aforementioned honey brother even covered me with a sheet. And so we stayed in the receiver until morning. After that, a car came for us, and we were taken to a neighboring building. I never wanted to sit in a wheelchair, but they have such a service))) We had to))) put us in a comfortable room, without neighbors. In the ward there is a bed for the patient, a sofa for the attendant, dishes, a refrigerator, a shower, a toilet. Very comfortable. Hygiene supplies (napkins, toilet paper, soap, etc.) were brought to us. The attending physician was with an interpreter, so it was easy to communicate. The doctor examined the child and allowed the flight, after the introduction of the necessary drugs (IV). They also brought the child a jar of lactose-free formula, which we took with us. We had to pay for the medicines that we were given with us (1239 baht). At 12 o'clock they came to take us to the exit))) We also moved around in a wheelchair))) on the ground floor in the lobby, a Russian-speaking employee ordered us a taxi from his application to the airport. And he helped me find the car, since the taxi driver wasn't parked at the entrance. We are satisfied with the service. Although, we had already planned that we would be left under observation for a few days. Upon arrival in our hometown, we immediately went to the infectious diseases hospital, where we were hospitalized again for full recovery, as the child was dehydrated.
