But most of the time I come here with my mother, she is a wheelchair user. Today is January 14th, it's freezing outside. We stood outside for 10 minutes and waited for the disabled door to be opened for us. After 2 requests, the door was nevertheless opened by a woman, who was very rude and shouted. She did not let me undress the disabled person and go into the office. They were late for the appointment because of her. No, to help… In general, it's terrible!
