We made an antikor on the car on 12.2023, in September I do it on the same service - we lifted the car onto the lift with another master and he says:

Let's see, there is no antikor in sight.
Never do antikor with them!!!

We arrived with a problem, diagnosed it, changed the candles, said the problem was in them, but as there was a malfunction, it remained. They paid money for what I don't know. I thought since the official center means there must be competent masters, but alas... Stars only for the friendly staff.
