A life hack for visiting this salon: bring along hairdressing collars, the cost is only 5 tenge per piece, but perhaps it will save your clothes in which you will come.
But no kidding, it's just a shame when in a salon with far from low prices - 60 thousand for painting for a short-medium length - there are no penny consumables available. They didn't put on a collar, instead of a normal peignoir - a short piece of cellophane. As a result, a T-shirt completely ruined by a clarifier, as if it was just poured with this clarifier. They made round eyes at the claims, saying "we are not responsible for the clothes." But personally, my opinion is that you are not responsible if you have done everything to avoid the problem, and the cost of solving this problem is 5 tenge - the cost of a paper collar. I will add that I have been wearing makeup for 5 years several times a year and this is the first thing spoiled during painting.
Also at the last visit:
- We started 45 minutes later than scheduled - the master had other clients
- In the presence of a clear reference in the form of a photo from a previous painting in the same salon, they managed to make a completely different color, causing the result to be "washed away in a couple of weeks."
- A separate flaw is that before applying the paint, the master did not show on the palette what color it would be. When asked to show it, the master reacted with the words "it will be like in the photo", and as a result, a completely different color.
There is a feeling that there is no great fault of the master in the situation, we are talking about the complete disregard of problems in the salon by the management.
There is a swarm of flies flying around the cabin, the masters are overloaded, there are no banal consumables, although I repeat that the price tag for services is rather big.
