Disgustingly low level of service. I enroll my child in a specific master all the time. The husband took the child for a haircut, without specifying which master he was registered with. as a result, without warning, another master cut the child's hair, cut it badly, and injured the child. No one explained why the masters were replaced. People don't know how to provide paid services. As a result, we paid money for a low-quality service and from the wrong master to whom we went. The same situation has happened before.

I consider this unacceptable rudeness.
