Boorish attitude! I brought my mother from Irmino (the nearest one is in Stakhanov, but there are terrible queues) to undergo identification - they gave the operator a leaf with a number- the operator replied to us that the number was not on my mother, but on whom- she had no right to say. But Mom was sure she was wearing it. Just in case, I asked my sister to go stand in line, in case she bought her a card after all. My sister went to hear that the card wasn't on her. When my mother was completely desperate- she came to buy a new card- it turned out that the old card was still bought with her passport - most likely, the operator pressed some number incorrectly on our first visit! It's because of such negligence that we waste a lot of time and nerves!

Queues have been taking place since early morning, really, before the salon opens — there is already a crowd on the street. People come from all over the region to undergo "identification" — to link a phone number to a passport. Question: then why, during the initial registration and reissue of the Lugacom SIM cards, did they require passports on the ISS, carefully studied, checked, and entered the data somewhere? It's absurd. The connection is disgusting. It's okay if a person is standing next to them without talking on the phone, they will only get through to him on the 3rd time. And so auntie tells you that "the subscriber is not a subscriber." How is it? And the fact that there may simply be no communication for half a day is in our Capital — Zapolyozhnyak. It is clear that a young company does not know how (or does not want) to set up the equipment correctly. Well, at least I'm glad that at least such a connection has its own.

Constant queues. Personally, my wife and I were brazenly ROBBED of 500 rubles and not returned. They don't send SMS messages about tariff increases, so they send all sorts of nonsense in bundles. I'm not completely satisfied. The connection is poor, and the Internet often does not work. The only consolation is that the tariffs are not very high.

With all due understanding of regional difficulties, to position oneself as a "modern operator" is pure mockery. The connection is disgusting: even in the city center, you can't get through, the Internet goes down every few minutes, and in small towns there is no Internet at all. Especially outrageous with clients. The ISS sends out SMS messages "to update data," while everything is fine through Public Services and the Subscriber's ID. But the operator simply locks the SIM card, and it is impossible to restore it online. In my case, the card was issued to my wife, and in order to restore it, I had to travel from Moscow to Lugansk personally, with a passport and a SIM card. It's an absolutely wild, humiliating practice. Support is a nightmare: they respond slowly, in a cliched manner, and there is no real help. It all comes down to formal "contact the office" unsubscriptions, even when it is physically impossible. The company's website looks like a dead shell: there are no tariffs, no information, and it doesn't work at all without JavaScript. The ISS is a terrible connection, bullying of subscribers and a complete lack of service. No advantages, just problems and hassle.

I was at the ISS office in Pervomaisk today. Svekrova is 84 years old, her phone was blocked. A person doesn't move well by himself, a phone is vital, at least in order to call an ambulance. I came with her passport and phone number. The documents were not accepted, they said that she had to come in person or by video. There are a lot of old people in the city, why would they do that!?

I don't understand what laws the ISS Obolenskaya company operates under. The fee is 600 rubles! It lasts for exactly 3 days ! For calls to Russia, roaming is still a problem!!! Although they write that the Russian company is 100% owned by the LPR! The LPR, as we all know, is Russia! But the laws are obviously not Russian! There is no operator! There is no one to dispute or complain about them!!!!

Lugakom, as always, is a complete failure. I come once a year for a couple of days and constantly have to buy a SIM card. Well, it doesn't matter. The cost is a penny. I would like to take one for a long time. The trouble is that there is no coverage. There is no Internet at all and the operator in the office is not able to give any explanations. Okay, I bought another package, three days and voila, the money ran out in the account. And I didn't call anywhere. I have an application with an ISS personal account installed on my phone. Until today, I could log in to the personal account using my fingerprint and monitor expenses and top up my account on time. But a terrible thing happened today, the entrance is only by SMS code. The question is, how can I log in using the code if the code is sent to the ISS SIM card for a ribbon??? What's the matter? What kind of lawlessness? There are no ISS communication centers in Russia, and I do not have the opportunity to come to the territory of the LPR. Now the fighter will not be able to get in touch!!! Some kind of obscurantism is going on in Lugansk with this SIM card exchange. It feels like they're working for Ukrainians. Not for his people. We need a check from Russia. Either they're really morons there, or they want to close their office. Because people started rejecting their services. There is no feedback from citizens or VK feedback on their website. All comments are hidden. Telegram is blocking you. Why create a page if you can't communicate with your customers. In short, a collective farm. Buy other SIM cards from another operator and don't mess with yourself.
