I rarely do cargo transportation, but on that day (12/28/2022), my brother, who works in a furniture company, turned to me for help out of desperation (there were no available cars suitable in size)... It was necessary to deliver 9 whole sheets of smart panels (3050mm x 2070mm) to Ml Smart Group. They loaded them to me in another office without problems and quickly, but upon arrival at Ml Smart Group, a whole epic began with an incomprehensible kind of waiting at the gate of the unloading box, which was free for more than an hour and a half, but no one paid attention to me (although I was not silent, but periodically disturbed them and customized). "A man will be coming to you soon!" - they told me at the counter in the order desk, let's say... As a result, they marinated me from 12:30 to almost 14:40. During this time, no one entered the box to load or unload. And all this despite the fact that everything had been previously agreed upon and they knew about my arrival. Finally... after meetings with the responsible persons, about 8-10 people of movers gathered (apparently to unload me quickly at last), I drove in and they extracted these 9 sheets in 10-15 minutes. I drove out of the box, then from the adjacent territory and stopped to put the body in order (twist the fastening straps, fold the substrate)... My hair stood on end when I opened the back door and saw what they (the movers and the senior) had done during unloading! I'll attach a photo... They have both a number and a time on them. At the unloading, I think there are cameras from which you can make sure that I'm telling the truth. Guys, nine sheets and a lot of people! Well, how so?! I do not believe that they themselves did not notice that they caused damage! I am sure that the employees did not even bother to do it carefully, but when they noticed it at the end, they simply kept this fact silent! They didn't even apologize! Not to mention some promises to somehow compensate for the damage done to me... Yes, at least, some kind of reaction, well, not like a knife to the heart. The car is fresh and neat... In short, guys, be careful when interacting with this office! Unload and load your own cars better! It will be safer! And if you have to load up with them, then take a little box with you, and a plaid with a pillow, to shorten the time... until they pay attention to you there...
