The managers' work is disgusting. We ordered the cutting, agreed on the time, and by that time the movers had been called. The manager called in half an hour and said there would be no delivery. The movers had to pay for departure. When asked why they had not been warned in advance, the manager said that it was not their fault, it happens to them.

I ordered a skinali (kitchen apron) made of chipboard. The order arrived without a single detail, after cutting the sheet to size, there was a remainder. The sheet is paid in full, the rest goes to work. When placing an order, I paid attention to the fact that it was needed. I couldn't get a solution to the issue for two days. Office workers talk down, whether they're from the upper caste. The work on installing the apron is worthwhile. They offer strange solutions to the problem, sometimes a piece of a different material, sometimes a different color. After I said that I would terminate the purchase agreement and return the goods, the item was still delivered. And this is with 100% prepayment.

We decided to use the services of this company to sell the cabinet. We also made the kitchen for cutting, but from a different company. There was not a single flaw. I had to work hard with ML-Smart. The order was delivered on December 20, 2024. 50% arrived: collect without accessories. The first "bell". The driver, manager, warehouse worker, friend of a friend, grandmother's aunt, and so on are to blame. Next came the jambs with the fittings, the program or the designer was to blame - there were not enough screws in terms of quantity, for some reason they indicated 20 pieces for chipboard. I had to go to buy more, wasted time. The curtain for the mezzanine is missing, we arrived in 2 days. But only half of the veils, there are no answering slats to them. Lost somewhere again, waiting again. And the icing on the cake, the wrong additives. You can see them in the photo. If we have reported errors with the mezzanine (the internal rack is shifted by 1 cm) and we are still waiting for a response, we cannot fix it ourselves. I don't even want to mess with the mailboxes again and point out the error. I explain that the gaps between the lockers should be 3 cm each, in the photo even a blind person will see how the dimensions dance (4.5 cm, 3 cm, 1.5 cm). They just wanted a regular closet, but they got dancing with a tambourine.

Decent guys, great designers! If you know how to connect 2 parts with a screw, then you definitely need them. Cutting takes 10 working days, and working with the designer takes about 5 working days from the sketch to the order. The designer has been waiting for about a month. I took away several of my cabinets, and the third one is on the way. There are no questions about the quality. The fittings are great!

I ordered a saw on the cabinet, waited two weeks with 100% payment, the saw came, but three parts were cut out of size, I'm waiting for the third week until the right ones arrive. As a result, the closet in the hallway has been disassembled for the second month... Cooperation with this company left me with unpleasant impressions. I hope that in the future I will have nothing to do with this company.

I highly recommend not contacting this company! The polite service hides a negligent attitude. I ordered a closet according to my sketch. The first bell was the moment that the Alarm designer Anton (who was paid money for his calculations) made a mistake in the number of parts - instead of 8 guides, he wrote 6 in the estimate. If such errors are allowed, then what can we say about counting confirmations, screws and other small things? Next, I was asked to check the number of all the details in the estimate and sign a waiver of claims against the aforementioned designer. Read, to do the work on my own, for which I paid my money. And it's not even at the assembly stage, it's weird.. The adventure began when all the parts were delivered and unpacked. The necessary holes were not drilled in a number of parts (there are 24 holes for 5 parts, including complex ones). I had to refine it on my own. Total: There are no complaints at all about the service in terms of calls and communication. Delivery, quality of the material and accessories - there are no questions. But, the overall result is not worth the money. Be ready to finalize the details and, possibly, other "jambs" for normal money.

I understand that the focus is more on regular customers (furniture makers), but they absolutely did not want to communicate. First of all, in the evening at 6:30 p.m. I went to the office to discuss everything personally and there were no mistakes, to which they replied that there were a lot of calculations now and asked me to simply indicate the data on a sheet, this was the end of communication. Then only Viber, where the answers came with a long delay, and at least once they just read my question in the morning and did not answer what they wanted, I found out after the call from my side. In the morning, on the day of expected readiness, they simply replied that they would inform me as soon as it was ready, and there was a speech about readiness before 10:30 or after, and not about whether they were in time or not, in fact, they did not complete the order that day. The next day, when asked about readiness, they said to wait for the date indicated in the invoice, and when they found out that the date had already passed, they promised to find out the situation on readiness and immediately called back that everything was already there, it seemed that if they had not dialed, they would not have received the order that day, although they guided based on the dates when the wizard is ready for installation. Knowing all this before ordering, I would have done it in another company, perhaps everything would have been more clear there.

The "manager" started the conversation by saying, "Oh, you're going to scream right now," and ended by saying, "we lost your phone." I don't know what this has to do with an outstanding order. They promised to bring it tomorrow (Friday) or the super edge is the day after tomorrow (Saturday). Naturally, neither on Friday nor on Saturday there was no reply or greetings. On Sunday, they wrote to Viber that let's bring it on Tuesday. At the same time, no one even offered to build logistics with a delayed order for Monday.
