And if I have time, I go to any workout without looking!!!!A girl's coach has a separate kind of art, each one at her very heart. And the most pleasant thing is the reflection in the mirror. There are no words about the organization of space, this is love, starting from inventory to showers and hygiene. You're the best , thank you . I feel like a real girl there.

I tried it.: Aerostreaching coach Anastasia Kurzova. Nastya is very friendly and attentive during training, she is always there to help, correct and prompt. Strength training, I've been to, if not all, then many studio trainers, all different, but good in their own way, here you need to try and look for your coach. My coach is definitely Yulia Lagun ❤️ 90 percent of the group are people who have been wanting to train with her for a very long time, I think this figure speaks for itself. Training is always very intense and varied, while Julia is very careful about the technique of performing exercises and corrects if necessary. Before training here, I went to the gym for several years and worked out with a trainer, but I realized from Julia that I was not even squatting properly.🙈 I'm trying to remember some negative thing about this studio, but it doesn't work. The coaches here are very cool and it's clear that the management cares who will work for them, the inventory is constantly being updated (the mats have already been changed 4 times), the administrators are very nice girls who are always ready to help and prompt.

A wonderful fitness studio with excellent coaching staff! There is a nice bright room with new equipment, ventilation, a cooler with water, towels, cleanliness and comfort both in the hall and in the locker room, a nice receptionist at the reception and a wide variety of group workouts. I recommend you to visit!
