Since June, I had to change my studio, I thought only for the summer. Yeah, I stayed here and I'm glad I got here. And now only to this studio. And if I have time, I go to any workout without looking!!!!A girl's coach has a separate kind of art, each one at her very heart. And the most pleasant thing is the reflection in the mirror. There are no words about the organization of space, this is love, starting from inventory to showers and hygiene. You're the best , thank you . I feel like a real girl there.

This is a place where there is a soul, and if you need a result, then you are here. There are many directions in the studio and you can try everything and choose what suits you. I tried it.: Aerostreaching coach Anastasia Kurzova. Nastya is very friendly and attentive during training, she is always there to help, correct and prompt. Strength training, I've been to, if not all, then many studio trainers, all different, but good in their own way, here you need to try and look for your coach. My coach is definitely Yulia Lagun ❤️ 90 percent of the group are people who have been wanting to train with her for a very long time, I think this figure speaks for itself. Training is always very intense and varied, while Julia is very careful about the technique of performing exercises and corrects if necessary. Before training here, I went to the gym for several years and worked out with a trainer, but I realized from Julia that I was not even squatting properly.🙈 I'm trying to remember some negative thing about this studio, but it doesn't work. The coaches here are very cool and it's clear that the management cares who will work for them, the inventory is constantly being updated (the mats have already been changed 4 times), the administrators are very nice girls who are always ready to help and prompt.

There is a nice bright room with new equipment, ventilation, a cooler with water, towels, cleanliness and comfort both in the hall and in the locker room, a nice receptionist at the reception and a wide variety of group workouts. I recently started going to this studio for Pilates classes. I liked Coach Maria at first sight, and I stayed. Maria did not have the last 2 classes, she was replaced first by Angelina, and then by Tanya - both beautiful delicate girls. All the trainers give a variety of exercises, there are many different devices for classes in the gym. Separately, I would like to note that when the group was not full today, coach Tanya held a lesson with me alone (and somewhere else the lesson would simply have been canceled). I consider this to be the highest degree of customer orientation. I thank the studio staff for their hard work and for the joy they bring to people!

Here, of course, the exercises were also difficult for me, but at the same time, thanks to the coaches who really know what they are doing, show full participation in whether a person succeeds in completing an element or not and help him, stretching classes began to be enjoyable for the first time! I've been walking for more than 2 years and I like absolutely everything: qualified cool trainers, updated equipment (not every fitness room has 10 kg dumbbells, there are 🔥), clean locker rooms and showers, very responsive administrators, always in touch. I always go out after training with a different person! The atmosphere, conditions and geolocation are conducive to classes, even when you come after hard working days in the intervals of internal dialogues with laziness :)) The coaches are worth separate praise (it's a pity that you can't highlight the names in bold): Julia Lagun, Maria Zhilach, Natalia Aniskovets, each has its own specific style and its own program and cool the fact that through the application you can choose and plan a coach for your inner emotional and physical condition. Working out and giving back from classes at level 1000! That's because when you come to classes, you can't hack or do half-strength exercises, since everything disposes you to become stronger and healthier- some kind of sports magic :)) Come to the group to check it out, but in itself I really say that this is the only place that I don't He was released after a year and a half.
