This place is one of the best tourist attractions in Tashkent. You can see the orginal version of holy Usman Quran there. There are some shops and picturesque places to have a rest.

The historical ancient building of the madrasah, which has survived to this day, is in itself a small one-story building built of brick, the architecture is not very complicated, but at the same time it is quite interesting and pleasing to the eye. But the most valuable thing about this building is what is stored inside. And inside, the only one of the six surviving original manuscripts of the Koran, which were written more than 1300 years ago during the creation of Islam, is kept here. The sheets of this manuscript are made of large leather - parchment, of course, photography is not allowed when visiting. And the entrance to this shrine is paid. According to local guides, one of the sheikhs of the Middle East wanted to buy this manuscript from the first president of Uzbekistan, Islam Karimov, for several hundred million dollars, haggled and raised the price, but the president did not succumb to persuasion, did not make a deal, saved the relic for his country and people)))

The place is mandatory to visit. The oldest Quran in the world is kept here. It is located in a glass sarcophagus. You can't take pictures of him. There's a copy on my photo. There are also several rooms in the building with a collection of Korans from different countries and in different languages.

A place that has absorbed history, where one of the seven holy books of Islam is kept. In addition, there you can see translations into different languages of this book. Admission for locals costs about 15,000 soums, and for foreigners about 40,000 soums for admission. At the entrance, they give shoe covers and the visit itself is warm. Video surveillance is conducted everywhere and it is impossible to take photos and videos of things stored there.

Another madrasah of the 16th century, which is included in the UNESCO list. The very first book written by Caliph Uthman himself is kept here, after the Prophet Muhammad, this man created the book of the Koran. I strongly advise you to come and look at this wonderful book. If there is a guide there, you can get a story about the book. It is FORBIDDEN to take pictures inside!!!

A small Registan in Tashkent. It is necessary to start acquaintance with Uzbekistan from Tashkent. Mosques and madrasas are small and get lost in the luxury of the city itself. But they give the beginning of an idea of what awaits you next in the historical cities of the country. This complex is a must-visit. He is beautiful and interesting.

It is located on the territory of the Hazrati Imam complex. A small madrasah with a very beautiful turquoise dome. Entrance is paid, 50,000 soums, almost 500 rubles for our money. A small madrasah, with an original manuscript of the Koran in the middle under glass. It's worth a look. But the entry price is clearly too high. But it is necessary to visit, and if you are in Tashkent!

A wonderful example of ancient architecture. But it is necessary to visit the madrasah because of the preserved copy of one of the very first Korans in the world. In addition, there are other ancient Korans and scrolls with working inscriptions in the margins.

The center of the historical landmark in Tashkent, this unique building was built in the early 20th century. The most important relic of the Islamic world, the famous Quran of Osman, is kept here. This book is considered the oldest in the world, and the main Quran, from which all duplicates in the world were later copied and reprinted.

One of the Attractions of the old town. There used to be a madrasah (school) here that taught the Koran and etiquette, the manner of behavior. If possible, it is better to read the history book of this place. In 2007, it was carefully restored, and before that it was forgotten.

I am the director of this museum. This is a former madrasah built in the 16th century. In the middle of the 20th century, this madrasah was the library of the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of Central Asia and Kazakhstan. Our museum houses the oldest Quran in the world, collected in the 7th century and written on the skin of a gazelle.

One of the sights of our capital, at one time the first president of Uzbekistan himself took guests there. There is one valuable thing for me and not only for me, but for all Muslims of the world, one of the first manuscripts of the Koran. When I am in the capital, I visit these places and recite prayer in Hastim. One of the native places for me.

Unfortunately, it was under repair until June 2025. But in 70% of cases, the complex is incomplete. The imam of the mosque is Muhammad, who subdues Muslims. This was followed by the Tashkent Treaty. 🤲😊
