Since there are a lot of sheets - 116 pages, I said that I would come in 30 minutes. When I arrived at 19:00, they didn't even pay attention to me when I asked about my order. And when they finally answered, they said that they would only start printing now. I was in a hurry, so I said I didn't need to and left. If they make a promise that they will be ready in 30 minutes, why don't they keep it? I don't have much time to wait another hour! What kind of negligent attitude is this?
