The store may not be bad, the sellers are not trustworthy, I ordered an expensive phone from them on the website, they sent it already printed to the store itself, during the dialogue, it turned out that it was my fault that I had to say that I needed a sealed phone, as a result, all issues were resolved, but, in general, as the store was disappointed, with from the point of view of communication and competence of employees, they are trying to sell consumables for a lot of money, but there is no interest in selling, they no longer have the desire to purchase something.

The store is not bad. But!!! They handed over the tablet for repair, which was originally purchased from them, the charging input broke, the repair cost 3500 and absolutely nothing was fixed, they brought it back, they said that we were to blame, that they had nothing to do with it, they could do it with a discount of 2000 thousand. To which my husband and I replied that it would be better to do it normally elsewhere, rather than redoing it 200 times badly. It's just disgusting, they do everything efficiently and much cheaper in other places. Never hand over anything for repair, the service just sucks.
