Today I visited Mobiscar to replace the glass on the Ford Mondeo mk5.
I left a request for a call on the website on Sunday, and I got a call on Monday. I was consulted on all issues, the glass was available, heated for the sensor and camera, which pleasantly surprised me. To clarify the technical points, I was contacted by the installation wizard Vladimir, I really liked that the person turned out to be competent in all matters (the question concerned the installation of the camera).
The day and time of the recording were agreed with the manager Ekaterina. I arrived a little earlier, but the car was immediately put to work. It took about an hour and a half, everything was done carefully.
After replacing the glass, all assistants connected to the camera work normally.
There is a room for the client, where there is a large window and you can calmly watch how the craftsmen replace the glass, you can also calmly drink a cup of coffee on the sofa, there is a coffee machine. Everything is very decent, comfortable conditions have been created for the client.
Everything was fine with the price too. When issuing a car, I was advised what can and cannot be done in the near future.
Thanks to the guys for their work, very decent service.

A super clear company. I changed the windshield in November 2022. In December 2023, the heating stopped working. Although the warranty period has passed, the windshield was changed to a new one, we met halfway. In November 2024, the windshield completely stopped warming, but not through their fault, the mass moved away from the body.
