Today I visited Mobiscar to replace the glass on the Ford Mondeo mk5. I left a request for a call on the website on Sunday, and I got a call on Monday. I was consulted on all issues, the glass was available, heated for the sensor and camera, which pleasantly surprised me. To clarify the technical points, I was contacted by the installation wizard Vladimir, I really liked that the person turned out to be competent in all matters (the question concerned the installation of the camera). The day and time of the recording were agreed with the manager Ekaterina. I arrived a little earlier, but the car was immediately put to work. It took about an hour and a half, everything was done carefully. After replacing the glass, all assistants connected to the camera work normally. There is a room for the client, where there is a large window and you can calmly watch how the craftsmen replace the glass, you can also calmly drink a cup of coffee on the sofa, there is a coffee machine. Everything is very decent, comfortable conditions have been created for the client. Everything was fine with the price too. When issuing a car, I was advised what can and cannot be done in the near future. Thanks to the guys for their work, very decent service. Is it worth contacting this service for a service? My unequivocal yes.

In November 2024, the windshield completely stopped warming, but not through their fault, the mass moved away from the body. last winter, I changed their windshield, there was no original, I put AGS with heating and a rain sensor. the overall impression is positive, they work very quickly, two craftsmen make a couple of cars at the same time, the box is warm, the technology is respected, there are glasses to choose from cheap to expensive, I went there because they were allowed to be present in the remzone, they reacted normally to comments - when removing the old glue, they scratched the frame to the metal in 2 places (but this is almost not it was avoided on the Ford with its design), tinted where scratched, rain sensors were connected and checked, the recorder mounts and the Bell Toll label were glued for free. The prices were average at that time. Checks, an Act of completed work, a guarantee for the glass and the work were issued. It's been a year, nothing has come off, it's not leaking, the heating and the rain sensor are working, in general I recommend it.

I appealed to them with a claim, to which the operator replied that we do not give any guarantees. then the question is why are you doing this. If you want to waste money, then go to them. Addition: After communicating with the management, we came to a consensus, I purchase a new glass and Mobiscar replaces it for free. I think the conflict is exhaustive, the station, represented by the management, is worthy, you can contact them.
