We bought a phone in August. It was stated - not ref. As it turned out today, we came to our friends in the service, and they take it in their hands and say: "do you know that you have a Chinese ref?"
And then we have a shock. We immediately call the mobistock to sort out the situation, to which they tell us: "we don't sell refs, this is a mistake, you can't prove anything." As they say, thank you all, everyone is free
It's not that you need to put one star, you can safely put 0
If you still decide to purchase a device there, take with you friends who understand iPhones so as not to get into a similar situation and you will be happy
Personally, we don't set foot in this store anymore, and we won't recommend it to anyone

On 19/10/2023, I ordered a Huawei watch 4 Pro smart watch from Mobistock by phone. The website states what is available, the operator confirmed the availability by phone and placed an order with delivery. However, after 30 minutes he called back and said that the watch was allegedly booked last night, which a colleague did not tell him about. I assume that the reservation is being made in the CMS application and there was actually no reservation (assumption). In any case, the order was canceled and offered to monitor the site for the same hours. In any case, this is not done. If my order has already been confirmed, then please fulfill it and deliver it. The result is a spoiled mood. Thank you for this mobistok.
