I've had laser hair removal 10 times. There are customer-oriented staff, but there are not very many. For example: moles are not painted over (with the answer: "nothing will happen to them", coffee is not always offered, the shower gel is very cold, last time I had to endure it, especially in the bikini area, once I waited for my turn for 20 minutes. I was just 20 minutes late today (I got the recording time wrong), but while I was driving, I wrote to the salon that I was late and did not receive a response. I arrived with bulging eyes and a raised voice: "So she was 20 minutes late!" they refused to perform the procedure. I would recommend that the salon work on the communication style and qualifications of a craftsman with dark curly hair. I understand that I was late here myself, but the situation is unpleasant. I'm not your client anymore.

I went to laser hair removal, it turned out that they went to different masters, they work in different ways, of course, but okay, the result was important to me!
I personally visited the studio on January 24 to make an appointment, everything is fine, we found a convenient date for recording on January 31! The date has come, I'm calling the studio at 10:00 to find out if there's an appointment for 13:00, but unfortunately, I couldn't remember the exact time) When I called, I realized that the recording was lost, because the studio always confirms a day in advance that there was no call on the 30th)
In a conversation with the administrator, I was confused, I didn't know what to do, I asked: "what can I do today?"
I replied that yes,) The administrator said: I'll call you back, the call has not been received!)

Last visit. We have set a date and time on the social network. As a result, the administrator did not have the record. They offered to come immediately another day, but then why did I come after spending time and a coupon. As a result, the master did it. As a result, the feeling after the visit, as if I imposed myself to have the procedure done. The stares of the employees as if I owe them something.
I also do not recommend doing a manicure there, even the price is cream, nails are more expensive. Some students are working and really messing up their nails. Horror.
The only plus was the location.
Now there are many competing firms with similar procedures, where they provide high-quality services.

If you do a manicure, it's definitely not here. 3-3.5 hours for a one-color coating of short nails, this is not an "indicator of quality" as they say in this salon, but an indicator NOT of the experience of your "masters". With all this rosy picture, the cost of manicure is not the same as that of novice masters who do not know how to work quickly and efficiently . I've been to different masters, and they all work exactly the same in terms of quality and time... unfortunately. The salon should think about providing high-quality services.

I went to the same girl for hair removal, everything was fine until she quit! I was not warned that my master had changed, when I came I was very surprised and upset, I decided to take a chance and go to another ... when the procedure itself was going through, it hurt me a lot, I said it more than once!!! But I was ignored!! Although no, she kept saying the same thing: for some reason, it hurts everyone today!!!
The result !!! Burns!!!!!
It is also sad that the administrators do not know what goods they sell and what they have on the shelves!!!!

I was a regular customer of this salon, I did laser hair removal. Everything was fine + relatively close to home. On April 30, I signed up for May 30 (in a month!!!) to a specialist who was supposed to go on vacation from 31. I arrived 5-7 minutes before my scheduled time, the specialist was busy. My time came, 5 minutes passed, then 10 minutes, the administrator apologized for the delay, saying that a specialist was giving another client a massage. 15 minutes passed, the specialist was released, went to the office to the administrator, as a result, after almost 20 minutes (from the moment of the "beginning" of my appointment time), I was told that I still needed to wait. I was scheduled for 17.40 for laser hair removal of the shin, at 18.20 I was supposed to be at an ultrasound with a child. Everything was clearly planned. They could only offer to rewrite me for another day. Are you guys serious??? And your coffee at the moment of waiting could not compensate for either the lost or the spit in the soul. I won't set foot on you anymore.

I had the temerity to sign up for a manicure at this salon. When recording, the administrator did not ask what kind of coverage I prefer. Later it turned out that the "master" does not know how to do the gradient, as well as the processing itself. When I made a remark, the master reacted like a moody customer. I refused any further procedure. The nails were intact before visiting the salon. The consequences are shown in the photo a few days later. I want to replace that the fractures are deep, even though my nails are not thin. Unfortunately, I do not remember the name of the "master", visually the girl is full.
P.S. The price does not differ from other masters.
