If you buy products from this store, you will wait for furniture to arrive at your home for days. No one calls you, you won't find an interlocutor when you call, * Where is My Furniture that I Paid For and Bought?* ask your question... Answers: - We are only making sales, we are not responsible for the delivery dates! You wait for the product you have purchased for weeks.... I openly share my buying experience; On August 20, I made a purchase at Modalife Istanbul Çakmak Branch by paying 74,400 TL. However, no information was given about why my order was not created on the day of paying and was kept on hold until August 26. September 26th My order was created and I signed a contract that it will be delivered between September 11th and Dec 17th. On September 14, the store was called by the sales representative and told that the delivery would be made on September 18. Although I waited at home all day on September 18, no one called and the delivery did not take place. When I called the store, it was informed that the product was not ready yet, the delivery would be on September 23. If there is going to be a delay, this should have been notified to the customer in advance. I also called the Sultanbeyli Branch (warehouse) and tried to explain the situation, but the branch blocked my phone and they wouldn't even let me explain the situation I was in. I think that the victimization I have experienced is completely due to the operational errors of Modalife. Moreover, although everyone was aware of this situation from the consultant at the sales branch to the complaints unit in Ankara, from the district manager to the warehouse official, no one offered a solution. It is also sad to see that disruptions in the shipping process have become almost part of the functioning of the company, and no unit is bothered by this situation. This is the first time I've had such a problem, and I've contacted customer service and created a complaint log. However, more than the solution of the problem, they told about the failures in the operational process. They gave me information as if I were an employee of the company. However, they have completely forgotten the fact that I am a customer, as if I have to suffer the consequences of the problems experienced. My order number was: sa Tu-1122206. Although I have paid the entire payment and we have a contract, the constant postponement of delivery may not matter to you, but it creates victimization for your customer. I would like to emphasize that the delivery should be made as a matter of urgency and Modalife should not victimize its customers due to its own operational problems.

It's a terrible store. The product never comes, your problem is never solved, they definitely do not keep their promises, they keep stalling. I never recommend it. What if the price was reasonable, service 0 satisfaction 0
