We spent 12 thousand rubles on it. I hope these worms will come out of their eyes. As I understood it, the worms were in the onion with nuts, but in the end the whole onion was spoiled. We went to this store from the tour operator Anex tour. The Kurban hotel guide promised that shopping would be pleasant and we would be satisfied. We bought 5.5 kg of Turkish delight at a price of $ 22 per 1 kg. And they overpaid a lot, they only realized this when they saw a set of seasonings the same as in our hotel. The husband asked the price, to which they replied: "$ 25! I'll give it to you for $20!" And then we were blown away... We have such a seasoning in the hotel costs $ 5. $ 5!!!!! Upset, we went to the hotel. I wouldn't have written this review if it wasn't for one thing!!! Upon arrival at home, we opened one box of five with Turkish delight and saw some kind of spider web, I lift the Turkish delight, and white larvae crawl under it. THE HORROR! We immediately started calling relatives who had already been given boxes of Turkish delight so that they could also check, and everyone had maggots!!! We opened the box that we wanted to give to my husband's mother, but we didn't have time yet, and in addition to the larvae, a well-fed and satisfied MOTH was already flying there! I wrote to Anex tour support to get clarification and to ask them to come to some kind of solution. To which I was told that more than a month has passed since the purchase and in this case the store is not responsible for the purchased goods. And even no banal "sorry". But, we bought it on 09/06/2020, flew home on 09/18/2020 late in the evening, we opened it only on 09/24/2020. Despite the fact that I have been trying to contact Anex since 09/25/2020. Why should we open Turkish delight during our holidays? We bought it to bring home with us! How could we have checked earlier? Do you even think when you write such answers? And even in this scenario, the month still hasn't passed, count it, since on 30.09.2020 I made an appeal to the Anex Tour support service and sent them an email. Because in other social networks they answered me that the issue was not in their competence, please contact the Anex service at the place of purchase. And the feedback form on their official website does not work. It returns an error when sending requests. Despite the fact that in the store itself we were told that the Turkish delight is quietly stored for 3 months. It's just disrespectful to customers. It's just a scam.
