I wrote a complaint about them in the book of comments and suggestions. They called me after 2 hours, threw off a stripped-down video of the purchase, only the second calculation, said that I was a fraudster and did not give them 50 rubles. Although everything was punched in the receipt. I brought 50 rubles, I gave it back. I asked for a receipt for the money I received, to which the seller Irina refused me. She said I was a fraud again.
