Let's start with the principle of seating - they try to put you in the most uncomfortable, cramped places first, under the pretext that everything else has already been booked. Another person was called, they could not fit, and it turned out that the reservation was not a reservation at all. The sound is poorly tuned. In fact, you can hear yourself only in front of the stage, there is an echo on the sides with a delay, well, you can spend a little money for a day of professional work. They don't clean the table, only when you invite them to do it separately, because there is nowhere to put the mug. They also adopted the bad practice of the worst institutions in terms of breaks - so that they could arrange such breaks in bed - turn off the sound for an hour, turn on bright lights, and also be rude that they need to clean up, take away dirty dishes and so on (I promised to write a review at this stage, to which the reaction was "yes, I don't care").
