The order was placed on December 28. I promised to deliver the website before January 16. On January 15, I called the manager and told him to wait until Monday. That's 20 already. I called on January 20 at 16.50. He replied in raised tones that he was the only one closing the tax office, and other matters that I, as a client, was not interested in at all. Seeing the futility of the conversation, I thanked them for their feedback and hung up. A minute later, an email arrived saying that the order had been cancelled. Due to the holidays in Russia, where I usually order everything, I thought that during this period it would be faster in the Republic of Belarus, but no. It is usually cheaper and faster from the Russian Federation. The average order takes 4 days. Finally. The first and last order at this location. I strongly do not recommend it. Expensive, long time. I can't say what arrives there in the end, since I didn't actually receive the order.

At first, everything was fine when I ordered the first model and they called on time, delivered with a slight delay, and then taking into account the mail error. Then the site was completely disappointed: I found a model at a markdown of 7 rubles, it was ordered, but the next day, without notification and an email with apologies and explanations, I found out that the order was canceled, and the price of the model rose to 72 rubles. But what was even more striking was that the model was ordered on a larger scale than the others, for a large sum. As a result, the website promised that the order would be completed on March 13. I ordered the delivery by courier, and it was stated on the website that the order was sent to the courier service on the 13th. But on the 17th, the manager called and informed him that it had been handed over to the courier only on March 17th. Even then, I wanted to find out what kind of incomprehensible attitude towards the consumer was, but the desire to get a model was stronger. We agreed with the manager that the courier would arrive with the orders on Thursday at around 18-19 p.m., as a result, Thursday came, no one called and did not arrive. The site didn't even deserve 1 star. Irresponsible attitude towards customers, completely disappointed in this service.
