Belzdravnadzor is just crying for YOU! The worst experience of my life! Not a clinic, but a conveyor belt for the deterioration of health! I demand the leadership's attention to Oksana Cheholskaya. I would like to warn everyone against the fatal mistake of contacting this clinic. My visit ended not just with a damaged tooth, but with months of agony, tooth loss, and huge financial expenses. Briefly about the negligence that turned my life upside down: 1. Incompetence at the treatment stage: The doctor persistently searched for a NON-EXISTENT third channel in the tooth, although there were two of them. As a result, the tooth was mercilessly worn away, turning its walls into thin, brittle "glass". The assistant actually sat and sang songs while I was drooling all over, instead of working. 2. Deception and concealment of a mistake: The worst part is that they didn't even tell me what happened! The wound was silently "cemented", released in peace and with a temporary seal, which fell out safely on the same day. 3. Catastrophic consequences: Due to their "work", the tooth cracked right to the root. The cement they had laid fell out, and another doctor stopped my blood on an emergency basis. 4. The result is tooth loss and long—term expensive treatment: Now the tooth cannot be saved, it must be removed. But this is not the end either! I have a lack of bone tissue, and before prosthetics, I will have to go through complex and expensive procedures to build it up. I've been spending thousands of rubles on correcting SOMEONE ELSE's mistake for several months now. The most disgusting thing in this whole story is the cowardly silence of the doctor. If you've already made a mistake, be honest! Perhaps then the consequences could have been minimized. I would understand everything, everyone is wrong. But it's a nightmare! I regret to the point of tears that I didn't save the receipt. Otherwise, she and her lawyer would have already demanded compensation through the court for all the costs of treatment, correction of their ugly work and moral damage during these months of pain and stress. I'm looking for a way to solve this problem. Don't risk your health. Get out of here. They promise you treatment, but in the end they will give you lifelong problems!!! Ah, and the most interesting thing is, I paid a decent amount, about 350 rubles, and my tooth was treated without anesthesia, although I said it hurt, but the doctor just rolled her eyes and said it was impossible. Of course it's possible, because she drilled my gum for profit!!!

As a result, 8-9 months later, I came back to Madentis to check the tooth with a new snapshot and it turned out that the tooth had come to an end and it had to be removed and an implant installed for more than 2000 rubles, including all related costs (tooth extraction, installation of crowns, etc.). I do not recommend it!

A very pleasant and positive woman, immediately endeared to herself. I put fillings on two teeth. The next day, a small piece broke off from a "healthy" tooth, and the food began to get stuck badly. A couple of weeks later, the seal broke off from the "dead" tooth, and I made an appointment. After the consultation, Oksana said that this tooth could not be saved and would have to be crowned. Regarding the second tooth, she said that everything was fine, it seems to me that nothing broke off there (now I remember it every time I use dental floss). Well ok. She put a crown on me, and after three months it fell off... I began to doubt the quality of her work. Initially, I was glad that the doctor was good, everything went quickly, not painfully, but as a result, everything "fell apart." I will continue) That very crown could not be put right away due to life circumstances, and when I came to the reception, it turned out that it did not fall into place due to a slight displacement of the teeth. I was offered to make a new crown or remove a wisdom tooth (because of which it was not possible to install the crown back) and put an old crown, but it is not a fact that it will fit. After all these joints, there was no desire to continue treatment with this doctor. I honestly admit that I was able to fit the crown, I lived normally with the tab. For a while) This very tooth got sick, I thought, "Well, I've finished playing." I made an appointment with another doctor in the near future, after reading the reviews. Although I already thought about going to anyone, just to get rid of the pain as soon as possible. They took a picture, it turned out that I already had an abscess... I blamed myself for this undelivered crown, but the doctor calmed me down and said that I would have come to him with the same problem with this crown. The condition of all teeth is good, hygiene is fully observed, and this problem was formed due to poor cleaning of the channels during the installation of the crown... The only option is deletion. To say that I'm awesome is not to say anything. And this is all just before the New Year, class! I've always been afraid of this the most, and also of an abscess. Thank God everything went painlessly and the healing is going well. To lose a tooth due to the negligent work of a doctor is such a thing, I'll tell you. True, she is a very pleasant woman, but as a dentist, I would not recommend it to anyone. I saw a review with a similar problem and realized that there really are questions about the work of this doctor. She's doing much better at running her Instagram) Even the fact that at the checkout they were very much asked to pay for services in cash, without providing a check, did not spoil the impression of the clinic and again I repeat that Oksana liked it, but here are all these moments... I regretted very much that I got to this doctor and subsequently lost a tooth!
