We have never seen such an attitude towards customers before!!!
We were waiting for the designer to arrive, but apparently it was just a measurer who arrived, who in no way helped us decide on the design of the furniture in the room! Big name designer) we wanted to order a large cabinet project combined with a TV area) BUT! The designer didn't have any ideas, we didn't receive any projects or drawings. NOTHING!!!!))
So we just asked for the cost of the cabinet.
And as a result, more than a week has passed!!!!!!!!!! And we did not receive any calculation of the cost of the cabinet.
Thank you so much for "such high-quality work!"
A week later, I wrote on Instagram to the manager of this organization with my complaint, to which I received a response.... We're human too, and we don't work until 8.01, we have days off just like you! But this organization had at least 3 working days!!! 3 officially working days! And do not calculate the cost of the cabinet during this time, well, I'm sorry!) I wonder then how things are going with the manufacture of furniture and the timing of its installation)) Judging by the reviews, it's even worse! Thank God that we didn't manage to sign an agreement with this organization and we understood everything even at the stage before...
I won't apply and I advise everyone not to do this!

We have our own sole proprietor, we order a cut from this company! Tatiana is a very polite manager. It will always help and prompt, it works very quickly and clearly. The cutting time is also as fast as possible, even for complex elements. The chipboard quality is excellent! Good luck and prosperity to the company!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ORGANIZATION. They drive by the ears, the installation dates change by themselves, promise one thing, do another, one thing is done on cabinet projects - in fact, they do another and find 100,500 excuses why exactly this happened. Employees spoil the wallpaper, try to fix it, and then prove that it was so, laughter.
They write one thing on the site, in fact they tell another, allegedly it was already outdated six months ago.
If you want to order a closet, then it's definitely not from them!
