I do not recommend anyone to contact them. The deadlines were simply terrible, although they demanded 100% payment. They asked for a loan themselves. They don't answer the phone. They also give themselves 5 stars here. We regretted contacting them. The house on the plot has been standing since the winter, but it still hasn't been finished. They can't even bring the materials.

I am very unhappy that I contacted this organization. The house was not delivered on time, and the promises were not fulfilled. The contract has been terminated, but the money has not been returned in full for more than 2 years. There was a court case, an appeal to the city consumer rights society, and now the documents are in the UPI. This organization has large debts. How they work - draw your own conclusions. They also write positive reviews to themselves. If anyone else has suffered from their actions, contact the police, do not delay.

We contacted this company in mid-November 2024 because we were satisfied with the affordable price and production time, and ordered a turnkey mini-house with access to a plot near Mogilev. We discussed all our wishes with the manager and made a partial prepayment. The house on the site was supposed to be installed by the end of February, but they brought it to us on March 15, but it was not very critical for us. Our family is very satisfied with the quality of the interior decoration and the appearance of the house. Many thanks to the staff of the Modern Modular Constructions company for their work. I will recommend them to my friends and acquaintances.

We ordered Boxy 15. The quality of the work and materials is excellent. The price is also very nice. At the initial stage, there were issues with communications, but everything was adjusted during the manufacturing process. The management is always in touch, even on a day off. We have repeatedly visited the production and seen how our Boxing is changing. We are very happy with the house. Thank you very much. Now we are thinking about ordering a sauna. I do not attach photos, landscaping work is still underway on the site.
