The agreement dated October 7. The kitchen was promised in mid-November. As a result, when calling in early December, they replied that they would install it in January! All plans to move into the apartment before the New Year were disrupted. At the same time, they did not warn about the deadlines themselves. We decided to take over the kitchen and install it on our own. As a result, they knocked out their kitchen only on December 11th. During the analysis, they found: there is not a single handle, there is no bottom drawer and 2 facades. They called, informed me, and after 2 days they admitted their guilt, but so far nothing has been brought. It is not known today, December 22, when the undelivered goods will arrive. They don't get in touch, they don't say anything. We called earlier, they said that the facade is in the remainder and instead of two halves of 35 cm each, we will have 2: one by 30, the second by 40 from the remainder. They have nothing more to offer! As a result, it's not realistic to assemble this kitchen even on your own!!!! There is no limit to disappointment. There are questions: why don't they talk about the actual dates of readiness, but feed them with promises? Why don't they check the completeness? Why do they take an order, but they don't have the material? Why aren't there any collectors? We do not recommend contacting anyone! As a result, the fate of our kitchen is still unknown, and when or if the missing facade will arrive... Yes, the contract period is from 20 to 40 business days. Then they add 14 more working days to themselves (it's in the contract), but no one will tell you about it. But we're all real people, and you want to understand the REAL TIME FRAME, rather than realizing later that you've been given a hard time, and you'll have to wait sometime. And the company received the money right away (a loan for native goods). CHEATING WITH DEADLINES, EQUIPMENT, IGNORING THE BUYER!!! I DON'T RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. TAKE CARE OF YOUR NERVES!
