I ordered the kitchen. Overall, everything went well. Design: we worked with designer Ekaterina Barnyuk quickly and smoothly, she offered interesting solutions that I hadn't thought of before, picked up and offered the technique, told us as many nuances as possible on kitchen materials. I liked the pleasant and friendly atmosphere in the salon. Great. Measurement: the measurer arrived on time, promptly measured the space. Great. Timing: the kitchen was supposed to be done in 1.5 months. However, after the deadline, no one calls and does not please me with the readiness of the order. It turned out that the countertop delivery was delayed by a month. A month later, everything was assembled and the kitchen was delivered. Good. Delivery: delivered on time, lifted to the apartment for an agreed fee. Great. Assembly: Assembly costs 10% of the cost. The queue for assembly is 1 month after the delivery of the assembly kit to the address. There is no way to reschedule the delivery closer to the time of assembly. The apartment turns into a mini-warehouse. This is the organization's work script. The kitchen was assembled for 1.5 working days. There was a working nuance on the part of the collector, associated with minor damage to the skin. The issue has been successfully resolved. I believe that in case of operational nuances, there should be more information about the settlement methods for the client, rather than just: Here are the options – choose, it's up to you. Bottom line: in general, I recommend the organization, the kitchen turned out to be nice, I am satisfied.
