We contacted the kitchen salon "Module Online" at Dzerzhinsky 92, and were delighted! Manager Natalia is a very qualified specialist, she helped us with the selection of kitchen facades. Our kitchen area is small, but Natalia drew a good project, took into account our wishes and was able to implement everything the way we wanted. She was in touch at any time and helped us with the selection of all the nuances (sink, hob, oven). Natalia is very pleasant to talk to, a professional in her field! Dmitry installed the kitchen, I really liked the master, the work was done quickly, accurately and without defects! I recommend ordering a kitchen in this salon. I can't give an estimate about the kitchen itself, because my brother ordered it, and he's currently on a business trip and can't take delivery. He asked me to accept the furniture. The delivery department contacted me, they assured me that the delivery would be before 18 hours, they would dial in an hour. Good. I arrived earlier. I dial at 17, they say they have an order outside the city, they will arrive by 18:30... well, okay, I'm waiting... The time was 18:40. I decided to call you back... They don't pick up the phone. I called the manager, and there was silence too... Since I don't live there, there's no point in waiting. At 19 o'clock, I decided to go home, whether they had an accident there or the car broke down. 19:10 they call back: "we'll be with you in 30 minutes," to the question Why didn't they pick up the phone? Answer: We were unloading the kitchen at the facility, but the phone was still in the car... Well, what can I say - delivery works responsibly, even if you get a headset to stay in touch all the time. The impressions are negative.

In July 2023, we ordered the lower part of the kitchen, Natalia Vasilyevna worked with us (the salon is located at 92 Dzerzhinsky Ave.), she is a very cool designer! It offers exactly what you like and will not cost fabulous money). Therefore, in February 2025, we turned to Natalia again and ordered the upper part of the kitchen. I wish there were more such specialists, I would like to thank you very much for your work!!!

We would like to express our great gratitude to the Kitchen Module team for our new kitchen. The professionalism and responsibility of the staff exceeded all our expectations.
The design project created by Natalia was just perfect. She took into account all our wishes and offered some interesting ideas. Thanks to this, the kitchen turned out not only beautiful, but also very functional.
I would especially like to note the quality of materials and assembly. All the elements are made neatly and reliably, we did not find any flaws.
I would also like to thank the measurer and the installer. Their work was done quickly and efficiently. They took into account all the features of our room and did everything possible to make the kitchen fit perfectly into the interior.
Overall, we are very pleased with the result.

I had a complex project, it was necessary to accommodate a lot of appliances in the kitchen, to take into account all the wishes. Designer Elena Dashkevich helped to realize all the plans, did not miss anything. A very sensible project, and communication with Elena is admirable. A professional and a very nice person, accompanied at all stages. During the installation, I was delighted with the attentiveness of master Sergei Poplavsky. There are no trifles for him, he measures everything to the millimeter and in the end the kitchen turned out to be perfect! I am very grateful for this approach to the work of Elena and Sergey. I strongly do not recommend this company. We ordered the kitchen, already in the month of May, on the 4th! The delivery was constantly postponed, arguing that there was no one to work and everyone was on vacation. In July, they swore that they would deliver it exactly from the 5th to the 8th. We rented an old kitchen and waited for delivery...But alas. Every week, the delivery was postponed. They promised that they would be delivered on July 29, Monday, after 15:00. At 7 p.m., we called the company and were told that WE had confused the kitchen, we were told that they would bring it in a week. No words of apology, NOTHING. As a result, the kitchen reached us only on August 5th. Wonderful service. And according to the contract that you sign by purchasing a kitchen here, they will not owe you anything at all and they have nothing to show. Read carefully what you sign! So much time was spent waiting for the kitchen and as a result, money that could be earned on a working day, rather than spending it waiting. After all, you can also be notified within three days that the courier is not coming to you. Not a day, a day.(this is spelled out in the contract). Service 0, communication with the client 0, performance of their duties is also 0. I am glad that the kitchen arrived well, but they did not do it either. And the contractor is a third-party. He's 5 for the kitchen. Thanks for attention.

We ordered a kitchen at the Dzerzhinsky branch. Natalia, the designer, worked with us (unfortunately, I don't remember the last name, but rather I don't know🤣). All our wishes were taken into account, 24/7 support, everything was very positive, and most importantly, Natalia is a real professional and just very positive and tactful! The kitchen turned out to be sooo cool!!! Everything went great on delivery too!!! Therefore, my best recommendations! Let's see how it will be in operation, but at this stage, thank you very much! We ordered the kitchen right away, then supplemented the order several more times during the manufacturing process. The manager is always in touch. The guys from the assembly had a hard time with a rounded corner, but they assembled the kitchen in one day. If we save up money, we'll come to this office for a closet)
