The hotel is comfortable, the girls at the reception are cute, responsive, attentive, the hotel fully corresponds to its 4 declared stars, and towels of all kinds, and personal hygiene products for each guest, slippers, a refrigerator, a kettle, a router in the room (the Internet works perfectly), cups, glasses, tea, sugar, everything is there, the bed linen is clean, the pillows, the blanket, the mattress are all clean and of good quality. The price is also very pleasing, 8 thousand rubles for 5 days is just a great price! If I have to return to Astana, I will stay at this hotel again.
