Recently, I had to go to the department of purulent surgery of the MGBSMP, and I was very pleased with the help provided.

After lunch, the call was answered by a nurse who said several times in an irritated tone that it was not their responsibility to provide such information. After persistent persuasion, they replied, take a pen and write it down quickly.. Then, in a tongue twister, she dictated a list of tests that are not required for this procedure at all.
After such a customer-oriented approach, I decided to use the services of a private paid clinic. Yes, it is four times more expensive, but politely, in fact, and without excess water.

The woman in labor began to drain water with an admixture of blood and the medical staff told her to wait for the doctor until the morning. I had to wait for this absolutely non-empathic person (I'm afraid of this word), who had not only physical, but also moral violence against the patient. In particular, he conducted an extremely careless examination, causing severe pain to the patient, and despite crying and shouting to stop, not only did not stop, but also considered it appropriate to shame and curse the woman, saying "I came to give birth - be patient, you know where you are." Obstetric aggression has no place in 2024, and such people certainly have no place in medicine.

The task is to check if there is internal bleeding due to low blood pressure, she is not interested at all, this is just the reason why you came by ambulance. And that a suspicion of pathology can be checked calmly in her clinic - she, as a graduate of the veterinary, apparently does not know. Her goal is to find everything with two fingers without ultrasound and normal light and neutralize it))). The cherry on the cake is that you fall and cannot stand, and the reception tells you to "go faster." But who is really in the office, so it seems to be the head of the department, an adult woman, will tell, talk and just experience. A review of the year 2021. I have to walk a lot down the street from one building to another. But I really like the location itself! The city center, a view of the Podnikolye. I remember the first and last visit to this facility for medical care - I was satisfied. I am quite adequate in choosing an assessment, but it is very difficult to underestimate the points of a place that in any case will be inferior to people's expectations in some aspects. I would like everyone to remember that we need to thank the country for the fact that we have free medicine and an Emergency Hospital is far from the worst representative of healthcare facilities in Belarus.
When was the last time (I came with a girl because she had a broken head after a fall) we were quickly accepted, vaccinated (or just an injection, I may be mistaken) from tetanus, everything was clarified, processed, sewn up and sent to the ward to rest. Similarly, back in the days of the pandemic, I had the honor to lie here with some other disease, but there were no complaints.
The most touching thing is that doctors treat people very courteously and kindly, and this is worth a lot. Maybe you can find a few people who behave unprofessionally, but because of my character, I'm used to justifying the behavior of such people with their problems in their personal lives, instead of being offended and swearing with them.
