I have signed new agreements now to establish the lost borders. All deadlines have passed, but nothing has been done. I wrote a statement to fulfill my obligations under the contract. But no reply, no greetings. This is our year of quality in Belarus. The most interesting thing is that after the termination of the first contract, she tried to conclude an agreement with the BTI, but they said that since giprozem initially set the boundaries of the site, the bti would not go into this matter. So go wherever you want. Unless it's the presidential administration or something. Maybe someone will come from them, and the plots will be marked up. Shame on you!!!

It was only through active participation and self-reminder that we managed to meet the deadline of 5 months to establish the boundaries of the site. And at the moment, no papers have been signed on the delivery of the work. They feed you breakfast, then someone is on sick leave, then on vacation. The explanation is that the workload has increased. And why can't we hire specialists to work more efficiently? Why is there no financial liability under the contract for violation of deadlines? Why pay before you even start work? That's because no one cares about it! No one answered the phone number specified in the contract (of the head of the department) even once. Moreover, this employee is at the workplace. You can only get through the reception desk, only then will they connect you, and then with the contractor, who is not responsible for anything at all, but only carries out the orders of the head. But there is time for holidays and corporate events. I just found this when I visited "one window".

During this time, we have repeatedly tried to obtain information about the status of our request, but we have encountered serious difficulties in terms of communication and transparency of the process. The lack of clear information and clear deadlines is causing us growing dissatisfaction and misunderstanding. We have been waiting for nine months for the work to be completed, and so far the issue has not been resolved. Throughout this time, we have been faced with an absolute lack of progress and an extremely low level of communication on the part of the institute's staff. All our attempts to get information about the status of the application or clarification regarding the delay end with only promises and excuses. This delay in deadlines has a serious negative impact on our plans and creates significant obstacles in our work. We urge the management of the organization to pay attention to the current situation and take the necessary measures to speed up the work process. We hope for your understanding and prompt response to achieve a positive resolution of this issue.

Due to some internal problems in the organization, we are forced to experience inconveniences. The money was paid for services (and not small ones) but there are no solutions. The staff is incompetent, well done. Apparently they are satisfied with the achievements. Judging by previous reviews, we are not the first. The waiting time is the 3rd month of silence. There is no feedback.

I have never written reviews, but here the situation affected me, as they say, I cannot remain silent. About 1.5 months ago, a piece of paper came that it was necessary to measure the site and mark the boundaries, pay 365 rubles. They paid, a specialist from giprosem arrived, measured and drove away, no borders or pegs, only he was seen. Then he asked me urgently to sign the act of surrender, the plan is on fire, we will do everything tomorrow, I naively signed it. And in vain... my advice to future clients is never to do this until the entire scope of work has been completed. Until now, we do not have the boundaries of our site, the money has been spent, for a pensioner it is not small at all. We are fed breakfast, then they get sick, then a week later, in general, the epic lasts more than a month. To be honest, I have not seen such an attitude towards clients and disrespect in any organization. Now we don't even know where to look for the rada?! We called the numbers indicated in the papers, but again polite promises and that's it, the question is open. It is a pity that there is no justice for them, they take money, but in fact, there is no responsibility. It turns out that in order to sell the plot, you will have to contact this incompetent organization again and pay for their "labor" again? Who can I turn to to reach out to their conscience?!

I couldn't even imagine that such a thing was possible with us. Awful. The main task is to get the money. They don't start without it. Contractual obligations, contractual deadlines, timely refund of funds? I don't care! Their responsibility is not spelled out in the concluded contract, and the amount paid for going to court "does not pull". Using their monopoly right, they mock the customer as much as they can. This is my personal opinion about the leadership of this organization. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!

The most disgusting organization I know. They probably write positive reviews about themselves. They take money for their services even before the work is completed and in full, and then they start taking vacations or something else. The deadlines for the completion of work are delayed two times and three times. It is almost impossible to get through to the "specialists", and if you do, they feed you breakfast. My rating is one star by a huge stretch. I think it would be completely different if the organization worked on the principle of "chairs in the morning- money in the evening". Good luck to everyone.
