I don't understand why this institute is needed. Maybe people need to work somewhere. I happened to be there, on the course. Useless courses. Five years later, I got there again. I opened the old notes (miraculously preserved) and again the same thing.

Very far from the city center. It's always cold in the dorm. There are 6-7 people in the rooms. Toilets are not designed for such a large number of people. The dining room is bad.
